Came in to open account was told they were too busy despite multiple staff just standing there chatting. Overall seems like the employees can't be bothered to work.

Went in to get rolled change for my business and they said they can’t pick what change the machine gives them. So I closed my business account because how can you operate a drawer in your business when your bank tells you they can’t give you the specific change you request!

The staff here are incompetent or just plain negligent. I had multiple issues running back and forth from the DMV to the Broomfield Branch because documents were not sent over or filled out correctly. The staff here have had over 60 days to get the correct documents filled out and sent to the DMV and then have the audacity to tell me that that the city could take 2 weeks to process the information they sent today! Today is the 3rd issue I have encountered with Canvas Broomfield Branch and each time has been horrible. This will be my last loan with them, forever. I highly suggest not dealing with this branch.

Opened an account here and they wouldn't let me put my husband on the account. Come to find out he had an account from when he was younger and owed them $14. He doesn't recall even having an account with them ever but agin this was over 15 yrs ago. So they tell us if we pay the amount owed there will be no problem putting him on the acct. It will just take a couple weeks before they can put him on. So a month later we tried to go back in and put him on the account and they denied him. So we just closed the account. In the month I had the account tho the ATM only allows like $500 to be withdrawn (witch is normal/no problem) so you have to see the inside people to take larger amounts. So every time I went to withdraw MY MONEY they would ask me why I needed so much. It's $1,000 don't worry about it MOM! Not happy with this place at all. They are Nosey and they lie. BEWARE

ATM safety comment: this branch is going through a remodel. I haven’t entered the building yet but moving the ATM to an outside sidewalk is a disappointing safety downgrade. Shame on the person who approved these plans.

I have always had a great experience working with the Canvas Credit Union Broomfield branch. They always get me what I need done super efficiently and in a friendly way. They also don't try to nickel and dime you with fees.

I've been going here for the past several months cashing checks. I don't really appreciate being told I'm being refused service and not given an explanation why. Last time I went in it was pretty much "We can't do this for you and won't tell you why so please go away" but hey, not everybody's perfect at their job.

Had a terrible experience with this credit union. Highly advise to stay away - they do not communicate and look for opportunities to charge hidden fees. Very unprofessional.
