I have been a customer of Public Storage in Broomfield for over a year and outside of my rent going up a bit too much, the location, staff, security, and cleanliness of the facility are top-notch! I previously worked with a wonderful woman about my unit and she was amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten her name otherwise I would share it. (She knows who she is though!) Today, I spoke to Bradley who was awesome and very helpful and a genuinely great representative for the company and site. Thanks for caring for my stuff for so long!

Bradley has the patience of a saint and a heart of solid gold. Without detailing specifics, the circumstances surrounding my unit are a window into the fallout of systemic bureaucratic indifference. Bradley threads a needle between procedure and compassion without overcommitting to pure rigidity nor raw sentimentality. He sees the human being behind the unit number instead of reducing them to their account balance. Faith in humanity restored.
