Great experience at this Public Storage facility! The facility is clean, secure, and has great staff. And even though a cylinder lock is recommended, the staff kindly took time to helping me understand why. Russell was super helpful with my move-in, answering all my questions and making the process easy — highly recommend!

What can i say? ease of access, a good workout with only two carts (don't worry, the employees will tell you they saw one "over there"), and amazing advice right off the bat (you have flood insurance right?).

This place is horribly managed. I scheduled a move- out on two different days and both times no one showed up to the rental office. No one is ever in the rental office to assist with move-ins or outs.

Been at this location for some time now and was in need to move up in space size. I’m a working drummer in Denver had to get more space for my gear. I recommend everyone to work with Morgan. Moved from a 5x5 to 5x10 and Morgan made the transfer so easy. He was able to find a unit that was only down the hall. So the move and transfer was easy and I was done under an hour. Very considerable and understanding employee who knew my situation and found a space that great and saved me a little money. Thanks Morgan. From one Metal music lover to another YOU ROCKED! See you around the property.

I have been using this storage unit for a couple years. It was time for me to move my stuff out after a long emotional week. I showed up and didn’t have access, and was greeted by Morgan in the office. He was amazing! He talked through my access issue and we were able to resolve that quickly. I was very emotional as it had been a long stressful week and this was part of it. He showed amazing kindness, compassion, and empathy. I’ve been in customer service for almost 30 years and you don’t find people like this in customer service anymore. He’s truly an asset to your team!

Recently, I had a particularly excellent experience with two of this location’s employees, Russ and Morgan. I have had multiple storage spaces there for many years, stretching back to the company previous to Public Storage. Out of all the managers I have seen there, these two are by far the best. They are professional, friendly, and provided top notch customer service. I recommend this location quite highly!

This place is horrible don’t use! They don’t inform you of the elevator being out of service. When trying to use the stairs to at least gain access to my unit you aren't able to without an employee. I tried multiple times to contact a property manager or employee to access the stairwell and can’t get an answer. First and last time I personally will ever use Public Storage!

The process was smooth and easy. I even had to upgrade to a bigger size on move in day. Russell made the experience easy. He did a great job moving me around. Highly recommend this location and Russell as well.

My experience at public storage at 3401 industrial Lane in Broomfield Colorado was very positive the manager there Russell was very helpful from start to finish and very attentive to our needs we are still there and really enjoying the simplicity and excellent customer service

Greedy company, keep raising Rent for no reason, their hidden fees should be investigated. Employees doing drugs, you can never found them.
