Reach4it CrossFit offers Group Adult CrossFit Classes, with a WOD (Workout of the Day) of constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity. We also offer Sports Performance Training for individuals, small groups, and teams. This strength & conditioning program will train the mind and body for the rigors of sport.
