April 2023 by Travis Provin
As of April 2023 it cost me $15 to wash my car here with just a basic rinse, soap, and rinse. Everything works fine and it's great that they take cards but that price is steep.

It seems like they have soap in the rinse water. So you have to rinse your car longer and spend more. Also there is no contact information anywhere posted here so if you did have an issue with something you couldn't even contact anyone to get help with it.

This DIY car wash seems to go through ups and downs. At first it was pretty good and I would come here all the time. But then something changed and there was never any wax or soap. So I had stopped coming here but then gave it a try the other day. This time it actually was well supplied. I will give it another try and see if the success continues.

Come on folks, it’s 2020 and card processing technology isn’t that expensive. No reason to not have some way for your potential customers to use a card.

Does not take credit cards or even give you the option to get cash with a code. Because everyone in 2019 carries a roll of quarters with them. If you're not going to invest to put your business into the 21st century, don't expect to turn a profit!!

This place is a joke. For $2.25, you get barely enough time to cover your car in suds. For another $2.25, you get just under enough time to rinse it. And that's without all the other protectorants and other steps that it offers. You're much better off by just going to a full-service car wash.

Not worth it.... I was the only person using a stall at the time, I was parked in the first stall next to the equipment room, so the water pressure should have been good. Yet it was way below what it should be and wouldn't even take the dirt spots left by the latest rain off the surface of a new Lincoln. In fact, the pressure was low enough that I could hold my hand two inches in front of the nozzle and feel no discomfort. (that should NOT be the case) "Cheaping out" on the water pressure just insures the owner of the facility that you'll be running back to stuff more quarters in... and that's just what happened. I probably spent 75 cents worth of my time just digging in my pocket to throw quarters at it every time it beeped... and each one only gives you around 30 seconds(?) Come on... I'll NOT be going there again, there are better self service car washes in the area that have some real pressure behind them. Some take credit cards now so you're not spending half your wash time feeding it quarters.

There's not a lot one can say for or against a do-it-yourself car wash, unless something really sucks, or something really stands out... So instead of pluses and minuses, here's the facts: - Minimum buy in is $2.25 - Water pressure is adequate - Vacuums suck enough (not in a bad way) - there are three available - Extra time comes at $.25 cents adding about 30 secs per quarter - Foaming brush heads are smaller than normal, but produce plenty of suds. One notable: a line tends to form at the lunching hour, especially on the a nice, sunny day following a storm.
