Poor service. The tech saw me waiting, and still avoided making eye contact. She served others who came later instead and when it was finally my turn, she could not answer my questions appropriately. It seemed clear that she would rather go home as soon as possible.

On my third call and third transfer to the pharmacy with no answer despite there apparently being “two techs and a pharmacist back there”. Does anyone work here?Update: Got in touch with direct line. Wait for prescription is 1 hour. Will update with full experience.

Regardless of ratings on other pharmacy services, this is the best place to get your vaccinations! The on-line scheduling system works well. We were able to schedule the new updated COVID vaccine online a couple of days in advance. There has been an improvement in the scheduling process with all questions answered online instead of an additional form that had to be filled out in advance. All we had to do was to sign the form that they printed. When we got there, we even had them add the flu shot - "No problem". They checked us in within minutes, even though they were busy. And waited only 5 to 10 minutes for a well-administered vaccine! . We've had 5 visits in 2 yrs and has always been the same. We'll be back!

3rd day IN A ROW told to come back tomorrow after 2 pm since the prescription wasn't ready. First time I was told to wait an hour in the store then sent home. 3rd time told to wait 10 more min and then still sent home without the prescription. Extremely frustrated.

Very frustrating to receive a text on Thursday that a prescription is ready and then went in on the following Sunday, today, to pick it up, only to be told that the medicine had already been put back, and that I would need to return in an hour to pick up the prescription. They are supposed to hold on to the prescriptions for nine days. I went in on the fourth day and there had just been a storm on Friday. Incredibly disappointing service. I'll look to transfer prescriptions to a more accommodating pharmacy.

Stopped in at around 8AM on a Thursday and waited for a few minutes for the noticeably disgruntled deli clerk. After a stern "what do you need?" I said that's okay, I will come back. She responds, "well...you can only do so much!" Mind you, there are no other customers waiting, so I don't understand what the issue was? Probably doesn't like her job, but that doesn't mean take your frustrations out on customers. I uninstalled my Safeway app after than and will not go back. There are too many options out there (King Soopers, WM, Target grocery, etc.).
