This is an anonymous account, so my name doesn’t match who I am in person. However, I felt compelled to write this review, especially for a wonderful employee at the Flatirons Sephora. I believe it was earlier this week, possibly Wednesday, when I had an amazing experience thanks to a kind and dedicated staff member (whose name I, unfortunately, can’t recall I think it might be Inez as that is on my shipping order!).
I simply wanted to find my perfect foundation shade, and she immediately stepped in to help. She was incredibly polite, made me feel valued, and created a welcoming experience despite my self-consciousness. She used a cool tool that takes photos to determine skin tone, but unfortunately, the results weren’t accurate. However, using just her own expertise and keen eye, she found me a perfect foundation match within seconds which was the Haus brand btw 10/10.
Unfortunately, the shade wasn’t in stock, even though the system incorrectly showed it was available. Instead of giving up, she went above and beyond, double-checking everything to ensure there truly were no more left. Eventually, a manager confirmed they were out, but her dedication to making sure was truly commendable.
Her exceptional service and determination stood out so much that I even asked if she earned commission—because she absolutely deserved it! Sephora is lucky to have such an outstanding employee, and I’m grateful for the fantastic experience she provided. Especially with it being so close to closing hours I know I personally would not have all the energy she did.

The one lady at the entrance was very welcoming. We walked around the entire store maybe about 30 minutes.
A man came from the back room and I noticed he was watching what me and my kids were doing which didn’t bother me at first but I kept noticing everywhere we were he was not far behind. Made me a bit uncomfortable so we left the store.
We were just looking at all the products we never really noticed before. Not sure why but I did feel like he was watching us and that was solely the reason why we didn’t purchase anything. I’ll just stick to online ordering next time.

This store lacks eyeshadow and holy hell, the smell here gives me major headaches. There were hardly any selections for eyeshadows, so disappointing. Not a single associate stopped to help me either. Many associates were prancing around with friends. I get it, work should be Hella fun, but I also think you should at least say hi to customers, versus cutting them off in all the isles without acknowledgement. Definitely will continue to go to Ulta, as this place is a dumpster fire.

Wonderful experience. Bella was very helpful, gave great recommendations and was able to find an item I thought was out of stock.

It was kinda messy but still had a large selection. The people were very nice dispite being very busy and probably tired. Only thing was everything in the dior section was sold out

She said does speak Spanish (my sister doesn’t speak English) and she didn’t assist us in our language.

Terrible service, I don't speak English and a woman who does speak Spanish did not want to assist me in my language. Not to mention that he brought me a foundation many shades darker than my skin?

I went Into the Sephora looking for aShampoo and Conditioner. They were 28 dollars each. I was going to end up spending 60 dollars for a Shampoo and Conditioner that are only 8oz. As someone who struggles with finances, I don't think I will go back to Sephora any time soon.

I was shopping for foundation and under-eye concealer. After 5 min I asked for help. Clarisse and a lady with pink hair were at the Registers with no customers. I asked the lady with pink hair if she could help me. She seemed annoyed not smiling or interested in helping. She then asked Clarisse to leave the register and help me. Clarisse had such positive, friendly energy, she was so helpful finding the perfect match of makeup. It was quick under 5 minutes. I left feeling like she needs recognition. I was happy to have an employee who is friendly, happy to help, smiling and knowledgeable with the products. Thank you Clarisse for a wonderful customer experience.

I have been waiting for a survey link in my email so I could let Sephora know how amazing Jacob is at this location but haven't received one. Jacob was SO helpful with choosing cologne for my 13 year old son. They gave recommendations, advised him on how to apply it, and set us up with a sampler pack. I plan to go back to see Jacob soon for help with my makeup! Thank you Jacob for making something unfamiliar to me feel easy!

When I came in I thought I was going in for 1 thing but Erik was willing to help me and teach me so much about skin care and recommended products for me. He was talking about how certain chemicals and ingredients that would work well with my skin. He gave me a deep explanation on skin care and I truly appreciated it! I never went into a Sephora with a worker who truly care for the customer and go above and beyond for just 1 customer. You can definitely tell that he cares and is passionate to help customers. The main thing that he did that made me feel valued was that he went out of his way to type me up my personal skin care routine with the products that I bought. I loved his attitude and I will definitely go back with Erik his recommendations were absolutely perfect for me!!
