I've gone to STH Mazda for service ever since I bought my 2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback (which came from a different Denver dealer) back in March of 2023. Just a few weeks ago, we wanted to add another Mazda to our family portfolio, and bought a 2024 Mazda CX-90 from here and Ashton, our salesman, was fantastic! He was extremely personable, respectful, patient, and flexible. Everyone at STH Mazda is very friendly. Steve in parts, and Steve in service are extremely friendly and helpful. Ryan in finance was efficient and friendly too. Steve in service has helped me every time I come in for service on my 3 Hatch, and he's my go-to now for service. Ashton is a PRIME example of a great salesman! He has a great attitude, and he's really got a good head on his shoulders. Also, there was no haggling and no "un-seen" sales manager playing puppets. We look forward to servicing our new CX-90 as well as continuing service on the 3 Hatchback with you guys!

Huge shout-out to Homer!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I can't say enough about this young man's customer service. He is polite and knowledgeable. Very easy stress free buying experience. Promp responses every time. I purchased a new Mazda, and it was driven to me! I, hands down, recommend this dealership for your car buying experience. From here in Wyoming, I thank you!

I had been getting my family's 3 Mazdas serviced here for several years because I like the turnaround and experience. When I had my first hub/drivetrain issue at ~75K was quoted $10K (like 70% of the car value). The service sales guy was completely straight faced about it and asked me where I'd like to start.An independent Japanese-focused shop down the street identified and resolved the issue for $1K with 1 day turnaround, using genuine Mazda parts. They also caught a lot of things that should have been found and fixed before- battery terminals badly corroded, fluids not being topped off, brake fluid badly needing to be changed, etc. I also just had the drive belts changed at the dealership and now that cover is seeping and will need to be fixed.Shame on these guys- I will certainly take my service and next car purchase elsewhere.

I have had nothing but great service from Martin and the service team. I have been in 3 different times so far and each time they make me feel like my needs are important and my vechile gets serviced rather quickly. I'm very satisfied with everything they have done to keep me and my car going. I will definitely be continuing to use them for my cars needs.

I have leased a car and bought another here and worked with both Josh and Taylor in sales. They both are super friendly and always there to help you get a good deal and care about their customers. Can’t speak highly enough of their customer service and definitely recommend this dealership!

Wanted to say thanks for the knowledge and great experience we had at Sill-TerHar Mazda today. Are new sales person was great very professional and smart. We will definitely buying a car here very soon. O if looking for a great sales person. Alex is the man to see. Have not bought a new car in twenty years. I had stopped here for an issue with my Mazda 3. And Homero had approached me and wasn't aggressive which stuck with me. So I was inspired to go back and talk with him about options. Long story short, I left in a newer car, happy. Everyone else I interacted with was great. Even Russ over at the Volvo building and service team is great. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible communication from service managers on repairs. They quoted my repair initially as $1600. I must have received at least 3 additional calls saying the technician forgot this or that and it would be additional time and $$. Took them 2 weeks over the return date to return my car with final cost being $2900. Upon return of vehicle it still did not work. I ended up working with corporate mazda to correct the issue. Service Managers were terrible at communicating vehicle status. 2 months later vehicle was returned after they figured out it was a faulty part that was mis-diagnosed as working on the initial inspection. I do not recommend this specfic dealership.

Shopping for a car is so stressful but Taylor at this dealership was great! I never received an overwhelming amount of calls or texts badgering me. I purchased my 2024 red CX-5 yesterday and couldn’t be happier.

I had an amazing experience with Taylor. He explained everything from paperwork to all the buttons and dials in the car. I never felt rushed or pressured and it was a definite 5 star experience! Thanks Taylor! You’re the best!

sales folks are great. but be careful as Mazda doesn’t care about your feedback on their products. service department is phenomenal, but service coupons are too infrequent and you can only get basic services/repairs on Saturdays

My husband and I went out looking for a new car. After looking around at a few dealerships around Denver we wanted to come back and work with Taylor McName.
