I cannot say enough how seamless my transition was. I came out of State, had a trade in, and purchased my new Volvo. Our salesman Archie went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable, answering all our questions, and met all our needs. What a professional experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The general manager touched all aspects of the sale as well, and made sure everything was perfect!

Very disappointed in our experience today. Our sales guide was very kind but offered us no information unless we asked. The test drive was quiet, when we asked questions, they weren’t answered with important details but more broad statements. Very sad as we were expecting our first visit with Volvo go in a different direction. We had a better experience at Toyota and that’s not even a luxury brand or dealership.

Just bought my first Volvo from Eric Kimberlin and I'm beyond happy with the whole experience. From the first minute I walked in the door, I was greeted kindly and Eric and the rest of the crew I dealt with (Fred and Russel) were all honest, fair and eager to please. Working with this dealership has been a nighmare from start to finish. I bought from them, was upsold a service package and an understanding that they’d have loaner vehicles for when the car is serviced. Coming from Lexus where this was always standard and never a question, I didn’t question it. This dealership has long wait times and has never once had a loaner available in a timely manner. Not for emergency scenarios, not for scheduled maintenance. You are looking months out for such. It’s just been a really bad experience every single time for this reason only.

Just bought a certified used Volvo from Sill-Terhar. Eric Kimberlin was my sales associate and he was terrific! He knew the car inside and out and was incredibly helpful. I really appreciate his knowledge of Volvos and how he explained the features and benefits thoroughly. His follow up was impeccable. Great customer service! We were able to negotiate a fair price. I’m very pleased with my purchase. And Eric was one of, if not the best, automotive sales guys I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks again!

Falsely tried to charge $16,000If I could give a 0 I would. I took my volvo xc60 for repair. I paid for their diagnostic and they informed me that I needed a new transmission and a few other things. The majority of the expense was to replace the transmission.I towed my car to another shop and within minutes the mechanic said that my acel slipped out. He replaced the axel for around $600 and I've been driving my car around for months.I contacted Silterhar multiple times and they gave me the run around. Then they never called back.Trained volvo techs at a dealer can't diagnose a loose axel?At a minimum they should have apologized, refunded my diagnoses and given me some free service.What a joke. They should be held liable for criminal activity for falsely trying to charge me $16,000.

Although I have been a loyal customer of Sill-TerHar for over 20 years, I am disappointed with their service department. I urge anyone reading this to obtain quotes from other service providers before committing to having their vehicle serviced at Sill-TerHar. My recent Volvo repair was quoted at $3,200, with each part costing $1,200 (two were needed). A quick online search revealed that the same part was readily available for $120 (Not OEM). Additionally, another repair shop quoted me $680, which included parts and labor, which included the same repairs that Sill-TerHar would have performed. While I understand that dealerships charge a premium, the significant difference in price has caused me to question the integrity of Sill-TerHar's service department.*Response to owner*I genuinely wish that was true. I took my vehicle to another shop and I took your quote to them. Spruce Street Auto & 4x4 fixed everything that you had listed for $680. I have the vehicle back and the issues has been resolved and the car is running great.I also called another Volvo dealer to get a quote on the parts and your prices are higher than theirs. The other dealer offered OEM parts for $800 and $950. Although high when compared to non OEM, these OEM prices are still lower than the ones your tried to sell me at $1,200 each. I would have saved $650 ordering these OEM parts from another Volvo dealer... Are your OEM parts better than other Volvo dealers OEM parts?

My father and law went in to have a couple of lights changed on our Volvo XC60. He told them it was a safety issue and that he couldn’t help him today and he’d have to leave the car and wait until Tuesday. Also offered him no guidance on changing the light himself. He then drive over to a Mieneke around the corner and they changed the bulb for him right there in 5 minutes and gave him future guidance and charged him nothing. If your a professional, use your knowledge and skill to help people with what you know. You’ll get more future business…

My god, if you are trying to drop off your car for a service appointment good luck. Spent an hour trying to find where to drop off my key and the instructions led me to nowhere. Absolute waste of my time. Maybe adding a map on where the drop box is would be more helpful than stating north and south. Absolutely disgraceful waste of my time. Get your car fixed somewhere that is easy to drop your car off at. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thumbs down Sill-TerHar, do better and don't waste your clientele's time. :/

I recently brought my Volvo XC90 in for service, while there it was found that a few things needed to be fixed. Keith kept me informed on what was going on and just made my entire experience easier to process. I will continue to bring my vehicles back just because of that experience. ??
