Spent my morning driving around looking for a landscape supply that could help me figure out a plan to deal with my problematic lawn to no avail. Luckily my last call was to siteone. Kyle and Ryan took SO much time to answer my questions and help me understand my lawn better. They walked me through what they thought my issue may be and gave super helpful suggestions on how to tackle the issues and take better care of my lawn. Ryan absolutely earned a customer for life.

I was scheduled for a delivery of mulch today. By 4 o’clock, they hadn’t shown up so I called. I was told it was still scheduled for delivery today. They never showed and they never called. I took the day off and it was an entire waste.

Trying to navigate SiteOne online is an absolute nightmare! There is nothing easy or convenient about this train wreck of a web page. Avoid this trap at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very helpful, friendly, and thorough. They got me the fertilizer I needed for my lawn and reviewed my lawn are plan with me. That was totally unexpected and appreciated.

Very Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They really know everything about the science behind a great lawn. They have professional quality products. Great service. The store rep, Max, was really patient and awesome. Highly recommend them.

I got a delivery I didn't order, they won't come pick it up. I either spend my time and money bringing it back or get charged for it. This feels like extortion.

I canceled an order and replaced it with something else, they delivered the right thing, then a week later the canceled order arrives. My guys opened it not knowing what it was, they won't accept the return, because it was opened. Now we are out $4000 and the manager refuses to even acknowledge the mistake on their end or even work with us. Other suppliers in the area take care of their customers, I will be sticking to them.
