A great Starbucks location! I go here a lot to do work, the Wi-Fi is reliable, the noise is never too loud, and I love the variety of seating options. The staff is always friendly and helpful too, and whenever I don’t know what to get, they’re great at suggesting options.

Not very good but only cafe in the area. The staff is very friendly, diligent and welcoming. I had a late one which met Starbucks standards. On the other hand, the pain au chocolat was disgusting. There was a time when Starbucks had some of the best croissants in the US but those days are gone and they now serve industrial pastries with a spongy texture and unpleasant taste.

I've been going to thus Starbucks pretty much daily for months now. Occasionally I'd get a latte that wouldn't taste like my usual so I'd ask that they remake it. They always did so without a problem or question. The second time it would always be wonderful. Today was not the same experience. The girl at the drive through window seemed hesitant. I drove up to the window and the manager I assume asked me what's wrong with it and I told him it didn't taste like anything. He then remarked how this happened yesterday I agreed and told him I come there everyday so I know how It should taste. The latte they remade me this time was worse than the first one I told him after he asked me to try the new one. For someone that comes there everyday you'd think they wouldn't be questioning you they'd be apologizing for not doing it right the first time. I guess I won't be going back there for a watered down latte and bad customer service. It's too bad I really liked my morning latte from there.

My coffee stop before work in Broomfeild, fast and courteous service. sweet friendly employees, drive thru OR dine in. parking is easy. coffee is delicious as always!

I went through the drive through to get a quick drink during my 14 hour work shift and they gave me the wrong drink. Which I’m not sure how because I was the only one in the drive through, now some poor guy or girl named Bobby, is without their drink. Now I’m sad and I can’t return it because I can’t leave again. Definitely ruined the night.

George in the mornings is an absolute delight!!!! He really makes my morning coffee runs the best. I love that southern charm he has it’s very respectful and love the extended conversations he has that are a little more personal to really engage with the customers!!Make my quick 5min coffee trip feel like home

I had a terrible experience this morning with one of the employees, she was so condescending! I have a speech impediment and she was honestly just cruel. Please educate your employees on how to treat people!!

Well, I guess I spoke too soon! Everyday for the past 3 weeks I have ordered the same drink, a large double chocolate chip frappuccino and it ALWAYS has both the chocolate drizzle & the cookie crumble on it. Until today when a lady named Victoria was taking orders at the window. She not only changed me extra for the cookie crumbles, she argued with me about it! She was the rudest person I’ve come across at this location in the past 3 weeks! If she’s new, she’s not a good employee!Guess I’ll be going back to the location on 287 & Main!This was on Wed., 10/11 around 215 pm.This location is so much better than the location at 287 & Midway. They know how to make the drinks here!

My mornings have not been the same since they took Jorge off the window. Having a kind and friendly face at the window was one the main of the reasons I continued to go here. They just opened a Ziggy's right across the street from my job and I will probably start going there due to convenience. Lesson to this corporation, when you have a good, hard, and friendly worker at your window it's good for your business and it is not a good idea to take them away from the patrons that are used to seeing that smiling face.

I had an awful experience with Barista "Shelby" at the 120th and Wadsworth location. I accidentally sent my order to the wrong Starbucks after working 60 hours in 5 days in Trauma Surgery. I found out she lied straight to my face that the espresso machine and oven were broken and that I would have to try another store. I then asked for a refund and she said I would have to call the store that I sent the order to. I did actually call the incorrect store to apologize and asked for a refund. She was delightful and explained "you can go to any close location to get your order or refund if you don't have time to come here". I explained what just happened moments before and she was appalled. I am so disappointed in Starbucks.

Very rude barista working bar, older lady with curly hair, made me a mocha instead of a white mocha. Rolled her eyes at me when I told her it was supposed to be a white mocha then proceeded to make the absolute worst white mocha I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know what she did to this thing but this is not how a $8 coffee should taste. Do they forget how much they’re charging us for coffee? Definitely ready for the robots to take over Starbucks
