VERY rude, employee greeted us with very snarky attitude and within 5 minutes of entering the store he accused us of stealing. He said he couldn't find a pair we were trying on, I told him "they are on the shelf, we didn't steal." He gave us a ton of attitude back and within 1 second of double checking the shelf he found them. He was very very rude. This place needs to go over customer service standards because we surely can't be the only ones this guy has treated like this. Would not recommend.

Daniel did everything he could to help me, my sun glass I dropped and the glass broke. He is still helping me get new glass. Of course he told us about the special that they had today, I purchase new glasses. He is a real saleperson, very nice, handsome young man well spoke, well dressed.

I had great service here from Daniel, I accidentally sat on my Ray Bans, so brought them in to see how they could be fixed. I didn’t even buy them from Sunglass Hut originally but he explained my options clearly, then fixed them up really well. Lifesaver!

The rudest employee I could ever encounter Alec is the most unprofessional employee. My boyfriend and l spent $1000 dollars. It was 10 minutes till closing and we decided to make a purchase m. Unfortunately l came out to the sunlight and realized my sunglasses had a scratch I try to come in a couple days later to exchange them. And Alec told me to leave the store he refused to help me. After he knew that we were in a rush that day because it was the same employee. I understand the policy but there are ways to tell people things and not just asking them to leave. The worst part was that it wasn’t even my fault.

I was really disappointed at this location today. They wouldn’t let me in the store until they finished to “ “sanitize” the place. As I was waiting in front of the line another couple came and they just let them in as if I wasn’t there waiting. I felt discriminated.
