They make appointments with customers and then do not show up. They also like to randomly close the store early and put signs up saying “sorry closing early today :)” it’s ridiculous. None of the other T-Mobile stores do this! Not only that but when you walk in the employees look around at each other not wanting to help but waiting for someone to step in. They like to sell you a phone and have it shipped but then you can’t go back to activate it… You have to go to another store for the help. The credit for the 2 iPhones the one Samsung phone and the smart watch should not go to this store it should go to Karla at the Bradburn Blvd store in Westminster because that location actually helped us and engaged with us from the second we walked in the store. Karla set everything up did the data transfers and even offered help with cases and screen protectors. They went above and beyond and it meant so much! My suggestion to who ever reads this go here… 11961 Bradburn BlvdWestminster, CO 80031 it’s the best T-Mobile!

Went to the mall thinking the customer service would be better than a stand alone store, but I was clearly wrong. The entire experience was unwelcoming. I promptly went upstairs and switched to Verizon. Dustin is not a good representation of your company and did not make this experience helpful at all. I wanted to buy an iPhone and switch my other line to a better plan and did not get much help with either.

Knevin, while very polite and responsive, provided us with incorrect information regarding reimbursement for our cellphones transferred over from our Verizon carrier. We are now out almost $1500 and continue to pay for our new phone with T-Mobile. After four calls to T-Mobile’s customer service line, I do not have a resolution and have been continually fed empty promises that the issue has been “escalated” to a supervisor who will call me back. Really disappointed with customer service as a whole. Especially when being provided such inaccurate information resulted in such a large expense before the holidays..

Kaylah is fantastic. She also works at T-mobile Kiosk at Costco in Superior. She cares about customer and goes out of her way to help. She knows the system well and gets the job done fast and accurate. Highly recommend!

Tiffany and Vanessa are absolutely amazing! They helped me with what I needed! They are wonderful and we had a lovely conversation while we waited! The reason for the 4 starts is one of the other staff members (possibly a manager) demanded for a tablet that the girls were using to help me. Then proceeded to lie to me and be extremely rude to Tiffany and Vanessa. Those girls are amazing and didn’t deserve this!

Leah is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with t mobile she not only took care of me and my boyfriends phone with no appointment but also fixed our screens. She’s 10/10 the best by far and I hope to only have her help us from now on thank you Leah you rock!!!!!!

Cyndi went above and beyond to fix a problem with my phone. I strongly recommend you visit with them if you have a technical issue that needs fixing. These folks know what they're doing. Very satisfied with the service I received.

Wish I could remember the name of the sales rep that I worked with. His sales rep# from receipt is ****860. He was absolutely terrible. This was specific to this store. I've been to others and they were great but it was almost laughable how terrible this person conducted themselves. He was training a new hire and was extremely condescending towards her. It was uncomfortable for everyone. He also tried to pawn me off to another store rather than settling my issue in store because he didn't closely review my receipt. He told me it appeared fraudulent and that I would need to go back to the first store. He was lazy and rude and cocky. This person needs to get fired asap.

1st thing.... I DONT NOT HAVE TMobile service BUT.... my son does with his dad's plan and GILBERT was a flipping gem!!! Not only did he help me with a Apple phone and a new set up of it but he helped me with my phone! I have a Samsung 23 and he showed me so many cool features I didn't know I had! Amazing employee and very patient!

I had spent multiple hours on the phone with several different T-Mobile call centers attempting to add my owned Apple Watch to my existing T-Mobile account. Each time the call center "expert" was unable to accomplish the task and I was elevated to a supervisor, one time 3 supervisors, and none of them could make it happen. I was in the area of this T-Mobile store and verified that it was a corporate store and not an authorized retailer. The mobile expert who helped me, Zagreus is their name. They were awesome, in less than 30 min, they had me set up and out the door. Something the call center "experts" failed at spectacularly.
