The on-floor reps can be helpful in finding a product, but beyond that, I have found them to be challenged. Example#1 - Before the guy at the cash register started to ring me up, I requested a receipt that is emailed & not printed. He then proceeded to hand me a printed receipt and was highly puzzled when sharing he should've rung me up at a different register to be able to email me the receipt. Example#2 - An on-floor rep showed me a glass box on their clearance rack, that was discounted with a large red sticker, as that it was broken. We talked about how the item was broken as I was being checked-out, only for me to get home and see that she had charged me full price. And their online customer's service told me to drive 30 minutes to their store for them to fix their mistake (w/ me having to then dispute through my credit card). Overall disappointing.

We bought an entire master closet Elfa system. It looks beautiful. My husband and I were able to assemble it ourselves over 2 days. We got to the end and was missing one crucial piece on Saturday at 4. Called the store and spoke to Natalie. She found the piece and offered to deliver it to us on her way home from work that evening. So grateful to her that we didn’t have to stop our progress to go back to the store. When she arrived at our house she came in to answer a couple detail questions and helped us install the last shelf. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and installation. She was the best.
Jon was our designer and he spent a lot of time with me tweaking the plan to optimize our space. Couldn’t be happier with the service and their product
