Haha so listen I love this store.. but I was shopping and notice that the shirts original price was 39.95. But the sticker said 41.95 so they mark up the price double check before you purchase it.

Came in to pick up a shoe we ordered online. There were new and more experienced employees helping each other. They're all welcoming, and asked about our day as we waited.
Zain was helpful in picking a shoe afterwards as well, showing us the size and availability. We came back to order in person, and they were helpful with that too.
David's the manager was helpful as well.
Overall, enjoyed the experience and would come again.

Phillip was a great help in my time in this store, helped me with everything I needed, even had a nice conversation that made me feel welcome, don’t get that very often in retail. Thank you Phillip, definitely going to be coming back to this store specifically

I had to exchange a dress for my niece for her senior pictures. I did not have a receipt but she just bought it this week. She needed a smaller size. The associate asked me for my niece’s email address. Now why would I need her email when exchanging a dress? The associate asked 2 more times when I told her no. She even asked for my email address. STOP INVADING MY PRIVACY AND EXCHANGE THE DRESS. This company is a joke!!!

I am really really upset with the clothes and accessories I have purchased from this store. I've had the clothes bleed all over my skin and other clothes, a hair clip I just bought the little metal part that holds the two claws together snapped while i was putting it in my hair, lots of rips appearing seemingly from nowhere like the clothes were glued together with a glue stick. I feel like I've really wasted my money and I will not be shopping here again. Walmart holds up better.

1/30/2020 around 2:45.Left the store after 10 minutes. 3 associates stood near the register the entire time as I aimlessly wandered around looking for board shorts. Never once was I approached for help or even greeted.

The line to check out was not long. Only one team member checking customers out. He was having trouble with the system. He apologized fir the wait and repeatedly asked for help but was ignored by a girl who was his superior. I had to go find her and ask her to help him. She was rude and did not bother to say sorry for the wait or thank you for shopping with us. Terrible customer service!

Ashley was an incredible assistant to me as a tried on clothes. She continually checked on me and got new sizes as I needed them. She was so kind and a hard worker, was truly impressed.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and not even a welcome or a hello. The only time an employee talked to me was when I had to pay. What makes it worst is that the store was empty and they were just talking to each other by the cashier instead of actually helping.

Everything is way overpriced. Worked here for 3 months and never got a single thank you for working in the back the entire day and for folding clothes for 7 hours. And then they tear down a sticker they asked me to put up to remember me by. Screw this place.
