I've used this uhaul a few times and they are easily the best uhaul I've ever used. They have a nice and clean store that makes it obvious about where to go, unlike many uhauls. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they've always had what I reserved ready to go for me.

I asked for a certain drop off location that was close to me and safe. This facility asked me which store I would like to drop off at. I selected the option best that's closest and in a safe location. I get to said location that is open later than the other locations and was informed that I needed to take it to a location that's a house, dark on the East side of Pueblo with homeless people walking around. Then as I am attempting to complete the drop off on the app, the verification code continually fails to accept through UHAULs app and doesn't accept, forcing me to take another unexpected day off to return during "business" hours at 9am. UHAULs logistics system is laughable at how inconvenient it is.

Awesome customer representatives and assistant managers. Service is quick, and you're in and out from start to finish. Making reservations and going into the store to check out was super easy. Rented the 5 x 9 trailer with a ramp, drove around, and was hooked up and ready to go within 5 minutes. Returning is just as easy, and even if the shop is closed, you can leave the equipment and drop the key in a box or leave the trailer in the designated spots. Do recommend!

Storage Perfect is a great place to rent a U-haul. We've gotten trucks here two times and experienced no issues whatsoever. The place is conveniently located, clean, and up-to-date. The staff is helpful and courteous. This is where we will go if we need to rent a U-haul again.

It is not nice to be picking up a trailer from this location because they are parked in the back lot where it is clearly disturbing some neighbors that are trying to enjoy the privacy of their outdoor living. Ask them to bring the trailer out to you!!
