I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store #3779 in Broomfield, CO. Jim and Gavin’s customer service was exceptional. Jim went above and beyond he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient as he guided me through the best and safest way to ship some work equipment. His expert advice made a huge difference and saved me a lot of stress. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help like Jim did. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location for all my shipping needs. Highly recommend!

$4 base price for a single black and white print and there’s no self service. I just noticed the owner is replying to reviews telling them to contact the same email that they use to print your documents in store. Having my potentially sensitive documents stored in this random email? No thanks, I’ll go to FedEx and pay $0.05 per page with self service.

Notary services excellent. I had reserved at another store but when I showed up for my appointment they offered no such service) so I called this store and Jim was of utmost efficiency. He told me what I needed to know before arriving to receive the service (need to sign in front of the notary) handled the service exceptionally all within 15 minutes. Excellent!

Price to ship large box with Christmas gifts at postoffice was quoted at $80!that included a surcharge for larger box box.
Price to ship same box at ups store was $35.

$4 for the label on a return they are already being paid to process. Proof anything that says UPS in the name is a joke. God thing is there are plenty of other choices in the area that simply process a return without slipping in a fee!!

This place is terrible. Dropped a package off for shipment and was provided a receipt for the package. Shortly after I received a call from the store indicating that they had not processed the payment correctly and they needed me to come back in to process payment. A few days went by until I was able to get back to the store and once I arrived to process the payment, they couldn’t find the package. Waited for 20 minutes with no success. Later that day, I get a callback saying that they found the package they need me to come back and process. Called the manager to request that they pay for the package after they failed to collect payment from me twice . The manager tells me that they attempted to collect payment and if the package wasn’t picked up the next day it would be considered abandoned property. On my way to go to the store to pick up the package that they failed to process Twice. Absolute joke and a horrible customer experience I’d recommend shipping anywhere but here.

I am extremely disappointed with this UPS store location. I booked the notary service online, showed up on time for my appointment, and what did I get? One employee, who, while being a notary, couldn't even figure out how to use the UPS system—which, apparently, he needed to notarize my document. He told me flat out that he couldn't do it. I left without the document signed, completely wasting my time. I was counting on getting this form notarized, and because of the incompetence at this UPS store, I couldn't. Lesson learned—I will never trust this or any UPS store for something this important again.

Outstanding experience at this UPS location. David provided exceptional customer service. He assisted me with shipping my package and went above and beyond by printing my shipping label. As an unexpected gesture of goodwill, David even covered the $4 shipping cost. His helpfulness and generosity made for a highly positive shipping experience.
