Bank staff wasn’t honest. I went to US Bank for deposit and I was testing them put $5.00 extra to my deposit amount and after she counted my money by cash register and she took my $5.00 put to her drawer. I think, she didn’t know I put $5.00 extra to testing. So now I know not every bank staff is honest.

I waited for 20 minutes for one customer in front of me and then they started helping people walking in before me.

I must say today was the worst day at bank I swear I waited over 40 mins it seemed like. I don't get why usbank made a small location dumbest mistake im srry but highway 287 and the other old location on 120th had 4 bankers ready but they were always fast. So not sure what was going on but even so no one told us til later we will be right there ty for ur patience. So I'm disappointed us bank.Also make note i wasn't the only customer waiting u had some people leave bc of how long things were taking sure I could've taken 120th and huron but since u and ent credit union r right next to each other I decided to take 120ths us bank.

Terrible I have a business account that I opened at a different branch and anytime I go into this branch it’s always terrible. I just tried opening up a personal account, and was going to apply for a credit card for my business and they seem to also mess that up. Never going back to this branch.

Joleen is ignorant on what a legal form of ID is in the state of Colorado. Digital IDs are valid. Not sure if I’d trust them with my money or business

Small, clean & tidy location. Was friendly welcomed and all the staff were very friendly. Sara assisted me today and was great! She was honest (which is something I greatly appreciate), and very helpful in assisting me. Since the location is a bit tight, they usually prefer appointments for personal one-on-ones vs walk-ins unlike most big branch locations. I didnt know that prior and walked in, but was still able to receive help within 5-10mins. All-in-all, Sara was able to resolve my need! I went to another location prior and they weren't able to assist my need. Sara relieved me by being able to help and understand the situation.
