Says they close at 11pm. Its 10:40pm and doors are locked with no note on the doors to explain or anything. Plus they have literal crackheads that work the registers and are always looking like they can't wait to get off to get their fix. Pathetic.

Cyndi is a real showstopper. I came in to see if there was hot food on a snowy day and she gave me some rock solid advice and was kind to boot! People with legendary-tier customer service, kindness and just pure warmth to them don't come around that often.

This store is completely different. I have been going here for years, now work there; and there is a huge difference. The change is night and day. I love my co workers Tyler and George like family, we have some of the most amazing people that come in every day.

I was just at this gas station. I went to go and check out, paid and everything. The lady who rung us out gave us a bag and told us because she was too lazy she wasn’t going to bag our items. I have never came across this in my life before. You’re getting paid to complete a job. Worst customer service ever. The lady was wearing blue shirt and shorts; and wavy long blonde hair. We arrived at the gas station around 5:30pm we left around 5:45pm. Her manager needs to have a conversation with her regarding customer service.

The best customer service I have ever received at a gas station. I rather go to this Valero than the grocery store. Tyler and Cynthia have always made sure to take exceptionally good care of me and my family. It’s like going over to your friends not a chore at all. Very hard working people. They need more credit then they receive they run the store and are the backbone! Thank you two!!!

Beware!! This station has deployed a credit card skimmer on one of its pumps. I can always tell where the fraud occurs when it happens and it happened to me at this station

Today, went in this evening. Girl who works there always her boyfriend there with a pitbull. They are rude dog follows you smells you no respect for privacy. The boyfriend who is always there has no respect follows people to their car to assault them. I don’t know who allows boyfriends to hangout there all day well she works and disrespects people as they leave and physically harming them. I had to call the cops. As I was on the phone he was yelling cussing and yelling nothing but ghetto no respect. The girl needs to be fired no boyfriend should be at the place of employment with a pitbull. Manager needs to be aware of the disrespectful behavior yelling cussing with customers.

i live right by the gas station and go there every day. It’s not the employees fault for the store being closed or doors being locked. They DONT pay their employees enough! the people that do work there are troopers and wonderful people. The management of this store needs to make it right or they will not stay open for very long. She’ll across the street is thriving because they pay more to their employees. Would hate to see this store fail because management is living in the past.

Under new management, store has had a TOTAL turnaround, clean and well stocked. Management is fabulous and customer service is excellent! Store is open 6am-11pm , gas pumps are 24 hours.

**Beware**One of the gas pumps defaulted to diesel (only had one pump nozzle and it wasn't green) and now is costing me over 3k. Didn't realize what happened until my engine stopped working after pumping fuel and the diesel light was on.

It's honestly crazy how terrible of a company Valero is. Massive corporation that makes billions in profit and they can't pay enough to hire employees to keep the store open. Ongoing issues for months and the poor manager just obviously has no help

It’s a shame I can’t give this place 0 stars. Don’t waste your time driving here, chances are they’re not open. They put a paper up on the door saying their hours for the day, so don’t believe the hours listed online, it changes daily apparently.
