They don’t keep their website updated. Drove 20 miles to this location specifically because they had canine influenza vaccines. When I get there they don’t have it, and it’s not like they just ran out they haven’t had it for weeks because of a shortage.

If I could give a 10 I would. I can't say enough about how kind and patient Will in the fish dept has been with my fish obsessed 8 yr old. Explaining water cycles, peaceful fish versus aggressive fish, how many fish will fit happily in how many gallon tanks and why.. any weird question that comes to his curious 8 yr old brain. He has literally spent hours coaching my kiddo through setting up his tank. His kindness and patience is really special. Thanks for all you do Will!

If possible to leave less than a 1 star rating , I would have done so. Took my two year old and wife to buy some fish for the tank we had set up for the family. We waited patiently for about 15 minutes although the store was completely empty. After having no one offer assistance, we went over to the cashier to ask for assistance in purchasing some fish. Now the real fun began. After selecting 8-10 fish out, we made our way to the cashier. Upon being cashed out, we inquired about the buy 3 get 1 free promotion that was listed on 2-3 of their tanks for a few different fish including the Platys we were buying. It stated this promo was good through April 1st. The cashier stated she wasn't aware of it, but she was helpful and called over someone for assistance. Two additional employees came over and asked where we saw the signage. My wife repeated 3...... literally three times that they were on multiple tanks for the freshwater fish. The manager (found out she was after the fact) passive aggressively was walking away and said to my wife that " well we just want to see where it is as we don't know about it , no need to get mad". At first I was taken back and asked the cashier if she was speaking to my wife. The cashier indicated she indeed was and shook her head as if she knew her manager was in the wrong. At this point , I called out Katie and said if you were talking to my wife, no one was getting mad. However, you should be aware of any sales as they are listed on your aquariums. She literally snapped back to me with " who's getting mad now"? No doubt she was looking for a fight, and today she found one. I made it clear that she should be aware of sales and even if she wasn't , take a second to go look. Mistakes happen, but her passive aggressive attitude and behavior is exactly what we get nowadays because employers are forced to hire people like her. I wasted time to have my kid pick out fish to have some individual who hates her job try and pick a verbal argument. Then after calling her out, she refused to sell us the fish. The customer isn't always right..... I get it. However, in this case you lost a measly $50 in fish from me while disappointing my kid , but after this review and every other social media outlet, I will be lighting Katie up like a Christmas tree regarding how poorly she treats people . Having her represent your company is the reason your store was empty and gets 2-3 stars for reviews. Do yourselves a favor, get Katie some training courses and if you want to turn that store around, you will need new leadership with out her smart comments and coward like replies while walking away from paying customers.

To the lady working in the fish department this afternoon: You must really hate your job. Even though you failed to acknowledge my presence by making eye contact or asking if I needed assistance while I was standing by the tank of neons for maybe 10 minutes, I feel sorry for you and apologize for wanting to buy a few fish and snails today. I should have been more understanding that the other thing you were doing while I was annoyingly standing there quietly waiting for your help took precedence over my selfish need to buy some silly fish. To help you out in future I promise never to bother you again and will even tell all the people I know to avoid you while your engaged in other important stuff. Hope that makes your awful day a tiny bit brighter.

5 stars for customer service! I went there today around 6pm to pick up some goodies and birthday gear for my dog A$AP Rocky. One of the employees named Angel and another gentleman who was working the counter were amazing in my experience to pick out a birthday cookie and even gave Rocky a sample donut. Usually I'm in and out of petco and barely talk to anyone but today they definitely made the experience personable and special for Rocky. I was pretty hyped after leaving the store today and I'm so glad this is my neighborhood store!

People here are nice enough and there's a good variety if products. I am how ever, tired of seeing employees being forced to wear these stupid covid masks. This is not a hospital, let your people breathe, retarded s**** Sick of seeing people trying to work but suffering, its hot, let your employees make the personal choice to wear a mask or not.

Turns out this is my neighborhood Petco now that I've moved to the area but will be avoiding it unless necessary. On my first visit, I had four interactions: 1 - dropped off my pup at the grooming salon, which felt more like an old rundown manager's office converted into a grooming area; groomer seemed friendly but also a little unsure of herself and didn't really ask many of the "right questions" about what I wanted done, as if she assumed there was a one-size-fits-all haircut for dogs 2 - checked out with some dog food and treats which was pretty painless, the guy checking me out was friendly and quick 3 - upon picking my dog up from the groomer's, he came out with a big wet spot on his back and clumps of hair falling off of him as if he wasn't fully dried and brushed; I never had such a poor result at my Petco groomers back in CA; I was still on the clock at work so didn't have time for them to properly finish, honestly he should have been done when they told me he was ready but maybe they have a different concept of "finished" here... 4 - when checking out for the grooming, the girl charged me double; when I pointed this out, she didn't acknowledge the mistake or apologize, and I had to point it out again before she removed the second charge; maybe she was new on the job but either way very clueless and sloppy Will not return here for grooming services ever, and will avoid purchasing supplies here unless it's on my way home.

These people could have the best store in the world but most of the time they can't be bothered to answer the phone. I've been in the store many times and there are workers there who are not occupied all the time. The fact that they don't want to answer the phone speaks volumes

They first promised to help my pup but when we showed up they refused to see her. They then told me to take her to another hospital. They didn't seem to understand that we've already been to four other hospital facilities. I had told me I shouldn't have waited so long even though I them my wife and i had been gone for two months to deal with a family matter and her caretaker refused to care for her while we were gone. They place blame on everyone but themselves. Watch out for this place if you need grooming. The grooming staff were so incredibly rude.

Had a great visit today! I came in to find another fish tank filter, as mine has been a bit unruly. They had a good stock and clean store, and the staff was friendly. However, the prices were a bit steep, and sometimes double the same product on Amazon or Chewy. In the end, I walked out with a new filter, at a great price. Why? Price matching for the win! The cashier was new, but she helped me get a great price on my filter. Thank you for saving me a week of shipping and $10!
