This store has really gone downhill. I picked up a photo order & told them it was shipped to store, but because I didn't use the word "online" this devolved into a 20 minute session of employee incompetence. The first gal searched the rack for maybe 2 minutes & said she couldn't find it. Offering my order number (a clue this was an online purchase) she said she couldn't find it that way (they've done this in the past). She then got her supervisor who was equally as incompetence but stern/ruder in her delivery. Finally she put 2 & 2 together & searched the online orders pile & proceeded to scold me about not saying it was "online". The staff here has no consideration for the customer & will redirect THEIR idiocy as yours.

Friendly staff but technology in the photo department is lacking. I spent 2-3 hours making Christmas card here!! Bring back the keyboards please🙏🙏🙏🙏

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager George is so rude as are most of the staff. His attitude rubs off on the rest of the staff and that becomes the norm. I feel judged and humiliated every time I go in there. If I want to ask a question about a medication I have to call another location because the pharmacists treat me so badly I’m afraid to even speak to them. I’m only using this location because they have a drive thru and are close by. When my health improves I will go elsewhere.

Shout out to pharmacy tech/assistant Maddie! I brought my very needle phobic child here for a vaccination approximately one month ago and Maddie was AMAZING with him! So extremely patient, kind and skillful -- I was extremely grateful for her assistance. Thank-you Maddie!

I was at this location 3 months ago at the pickup window to get a prescription for my roommate. At first, the pharmacy attendant said that there was not anything ready for my roommate. Then, she had the idea to run another search under their name, came up with the current prescription, and then prepped it immediately. I was able to drive away successful because Diana went above and beyond to make sure that I (we) got the needed prescription. I sure hope that this raises your ratings!!

Scheduled a COVID test and drove all the way down here just for them to tell me they can't do it and they "forgot to mention it online." Thanks for wasting my time.

Shania in the pharmacy was very helpful and patient by phone. She took time to review the best option for insurance and never made the conversation seem inconvenient or rushed. Thank you for your help today!

This establishment is the single finest Walgreens in the state of Colorado. The lengths that the employees go to to help customers is absolutely astounding. I was helped by two members on the evening crew, one from the pharmacy and the evening store manager and they were the nicest, most friendly, polite and courteous people you could ask for. They went the extra mile to help me very close to closing and with a smile. This location is the only Walgreens that will be getting my business from now on.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I am sure its not the employees fault, but they are severely understaffed and the wait time has been over 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription which has already been filled.
**Update** Employees are extremely rude

Picking up your prescription here gives you enough time to write your review while you sit in front of the drive-thru window for 20 minutes

This is absurd. I had to stand in line struggling to breath so they could open the box for me. Of course there was only one person working the whole store.
