Horribly corrupt, greedy, incompetent bank. Avoid them at all costs. They're constantly involved in multiple scandals, because the bank has become exceptionally greedy over the years. They treat long term customers with total disrespect. I've had multiple accounts and mortgages with them over several decades, which I've now dwindled down to just one checking account and credit card, because of their bad customer service and outrageous fees and bank rates. And within the near future I'll be closing those as well. Wells Fargo used to be a really good bank, but they're no longer worth using, and it might take a merger from a better competitor to truly turn things around unfortunately.

The tellers here are boorish and crass. Every time I make a withdrawal, the tellers ask me how I'm going to spend the money. The management should instruct their tellers that it is none of their business.

This review is for one interaction. My husband and I came in to exchange Euros for dollars. The teller was friendly and quick. This is my husbands's bank. I make the choice to bank with credit unions.

My husband recently had to close his recently deceased mom's account. He walked into the branch and was greeted by Jonathan Natterstad. Jonathan asked if he had an appointment, he did not, but told Jonathan the reason for his visit. Jonathan promptly offered his condolences and helped him with what was needed. It was so kind and helpful. Some of the best customer service we have experienced during this time of great sadness. Thank you Jonathan.

i have tried to resolve an issue with the bank breaking my license as they implemented a policy that if your depositing cash you have to give them a license' i have deposited here for 8 yrs and they just made the excuse that they didn't have any way that they could verify that they broke the license' but because it wasn't broken before they took it that i explained to there supervisors and that they said sorry. i am out time and money for replacing the license and i couldn't even get the curitocity from them calling me back all they want to do is avoid calls and put blame elsewhere. i could name names but i'm still hoping to resolve it.

Every time Ive come to this branch, Ive received immediate service and never had to wait in any big long lines. The tellers are always fast and friendly and proficient in their duties Im usually in and out with all my banking needs completed within around 10 mins. On my last visit I was sad to noticed that they took away the coin sorting machine, which was always helpful in depositing large sums of change and it was a free service they provided.

I've been trying to get hold of a real person at this branch for more than 4 hours-- calling every 10 minutes. No one ever picks up

This is the worst wells Fargo branch by far. There is a teller there by the name Fernando who is incredibly rude and pushy. He clearly had napoleon complex, and continued to stare and huff at us like a small dog, even after we changed tellers. I guess he had something he needed compensation for.

I've been with Wells Fargo for years, and until I moved to Colorado, I loved them. This branch is awful. The majority of them are rude, unprofessional, and just plain creepy. The first time I went in to change my address the banker spent more time hitting on me then helping me. Then, when he actually messed something up with my account, I went back in to fix it. I got nothing but attitude from the teller, like I was making her day so hard by having her help a customer. I could give many more examples... Long story short, they're rude. Bank somewhere else.

I have accounts at three nationwide banks and this one is by far the worst. I withdrew cash from this particular location on a given date, mostly one dollar bills. I was told it was pre-counted, so I trusted them and went on my way. I later counted the bills and found it to be off. I alerted the bank and they told me they would look into it. They never got back to me. I alerted them again , they told me they would look into it, and yet again I did not hear back from them. This should be something that is easily verifiable as they simply need to look back on the date in question and see if their books balanced. It's disturbing that they neither investigated the matter nor followed up with me. So, they basically short changed me and ignored me when I tried to get to the bottom of things. Aside from this incident, the customer service here is overwhelming. I hate walking through the doors because I know at least two employees will greet me, ask me how I'm doing, ask me what I need, etc. A simple hi is fine, but can you just leave me be and let me do my business? Why do you need so many employees greeting people and standing around doing basically nothing? There is so much wasted labor at this branch. How about have them go in the back and count and re-count money so you don't give customers the wrong stuff?

I have been with Wells Fargo for many, many years. I have had a safe deposit box here for over 7 years. Today at 3:30 PM. I went to go to my box. Well, first, you enter the office and not one person acknowledges you. In past years, they had a receptionist, but they did away with that. So, I have to ask a teller if anyone can help me. The manager comes out and says he isn't sure, but he thinks I can't get to my box because it is after 3 PM. OK, the bank is open, but you can't get to your safe deposit box? Well, no, I have to drive all the way back another day. No sign there that the box is closed. Nothing, and he is not even sure. So, he sends another person over to explain the vault is closed. It does not make sense the vault is closed, but the bank is open. Just poor customer service. I have been to other branches that welcome you when you come in. This branch has very poor service. Please at least put a sign up that says the hours for safe deposit entry.

Avoid this branch. All they care about is getting you a credit card. High pressure.

Mediocre customer service at best. It took them over 2 months to figure out how to change the due date for my vehicle payment and pull it from another account. Not a good experience.
