I went to this bank this day and I had one of the worst experiences. The person who treated me with a bad attitude and then I called the manager treated me very badly and asked about my immigration status. The person is racist. Look for another branch. This is the worst place.

Nadine is a great banker. She helped us a lot on opening new account and got us credit card. She gets a five star!
However the teller line is horrible. The manager named Noah( I think). Don’t ever go to him! Well most likely your teller would have get his approval. He’s not a people person, lack of communication skills and not friendly at all. Would not go back to this location.

Wellsfargo has made a inappropriate choice to lay off America citizens that work in call centers. I bank in America I expect them to make good paying job available to fellow American citizen not out source jobs to foreign country. I had nightmares of a time trying to
speaking with the customer service employees that do not understand the language I speak.

Scheduled an appointment, sat for 15 minutes while one bank advisor chatted with a colleague and another was on the phone the entire time. This was the first 10 minutes of waiting. The other 5 both sat in their office alone. Why do I have to schedule an appointment if you won't be respectful of my time? Been banking with WF since 2013. Other locations aren't this inconsiderate.

I had an outstanding experience with Natali Grad Castillo, at Wells Fargo. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. Natali's expertise and warm demeanor made my banking experience seamless. I highly recommend her exceptional service!

Horribly corrupt, greedy, incompetent bank. Avoid them at all costs. They're constantly involved in multiple scandals, because the bank has become exceptionally greedy over the years. They treat long term customers with total disrespect. I've had multiple accounts and mortgages with them over several decades, which I've now dwindled down to just one checking account and credit card, because of their bad customer service and outrageous fees and bank rates. And within the near future I'll be closing those as well. Wells Fargo used to be a really good bank, but they're no longer worth using, and it might take a merger from a better competitor to truly turn things around unfortunately.

I would not go to the bank if they paid me $1 million because the Polish manager there is quite abrupt, rude, and socially unacceptable.

I had an appt yesterday to open my first account with Wells Fargo. Leland was awesome - he answered all of my questions, provided me with resources for budgeting and goal-setting, and made sure I was completely set up & ready to go. After my appt, I made a deposit with Noah who was so friendly and personable. The manager had greeted me in the lobby as I came in & kept me informed on when I would be seen for my appt (I had shown up early). Seems like a nice team of people who care about their job. Thank you!

I came in to cash my paycheck but don't have my wallet cause it was stolen. I didn't think it would be a problem since wells fargo has been my long time bank but the teller Aryana told me I needed two forms of ID and wouldn't cash my check. She didn't even attempt to inform me that I could just deposit it no problem at the atm. Not even an attempt at customer service.

The tellers here are boorish and crass. Every time I make a withdrawal, the tellers ask me how I'm going to spend the money. The management should instruct their tellers that it is none of their business.
