Staff with Lake of knowledge and unprofessionalI went there to open checkin Account and one of the staff member did not open an account with a point that I am not eligible with my current status. I explain that lot of my friend has opened account at the same Branch with same account but the staff was in the mood to accept it and instead of accepting the mistake and correcting it, he/she started to blame that other staff members are not well educated about the rules. That means other than him/her no one is aware about the rules - including the manager of the same Branch.First time I have seen such behavior were a Bank executive says then other then him/her rest all staff is not aware about the rules and all his/her colleagues who opened some of my friend’s account did wrong.Even more worst is, when I requested to talk to manager I was informed that manager is not available and I will be contacted to discuss my issue and no one even responded.I would recommend everyone to think twice before coming to Wells Fargo or this branch. Even if you are coming you have to be super lucky to get the account open or else the staff will denied your request to open account without convincing reasons.

As someone who has held an account with WF since 2007 it’s disturbing how unhelpful they can be and how they can turn away your appointment due to their company policy on not accepting the my Colorado app for identification. I made this appointment because I had my possessions stolen and since I only have a digital ID, they do not care or help in any way.

I’ve used Wells Fargo for years. For both personal and business, but they just keep closing drive thrus, and then when you do finally find one that is open (this place), they make you wait 20 minutes for 1-2 cars. It’s ridiculous. Why have a physical location unless it’s actually going to be beneficial? And, please stop claiming you can’t find anyone to hire. We all see your record profits in earnings. Just pay a few more dollars to hire someone who stays at the window.

Two days in a row, for different needs, I've had the pleasure to work with Caitlin- Branch Relationship Manager. She has been extremely helpful, courteous and has gone above and beyond to ensure my banking needs were fully addressed. Other staff have always been friendly and helpful at this branch.

For the very many times I have been here as a customer, I have had the best experience and gotten great customer service. However, I have had a tiny number of what I felt like were negative/unusual interactions with the employees. One of these was one time recently, when I was depositing cash into my account with a teller, she asked me to give her my ID Card to obviously verify my identity. This was strange and unusual because I have never been asked before to do that by any other teller at this location, regardless of the cash amount.

Worst customer service ever! Tellers have no idea how to do simple transactions. They have terrible attitudes toward annulment who walks through the door they want you to open a bank account or they won't cash a check what kinda service is this !!!!

Christina (branch manager) and lovely Arlene are extremely helpful and have the best customer service! I really enjoy banking at this location and will even drive the extra miles to do so for the future. Highly recommend this branch!

Extremely bad service, as well as discriminatory. One time,I wanted to change $1.00 coin in Penny, they said that they only changed coins for business,It was only $0.5 penny.I told her I was emergency, she still insisted on not changing it for me.I have been to so many banks and have never encountered such a thing.
