“Wow! What an incredible experience with discount tires. I had to get new tires through Hertz Fleet maintenance, and was not able to get them with another tire company. Discount tires came in and immediately got me set up quickly with a great set of tires. However, Hertz fleet maintenance, then came back and told me that I wasn’t allowed to do that, so I had to come and get a special exemption to return the tires that I’d had on just a very short period of time. I know it had to be difficult for the company to deal with this, but they made it right and Darian and Jose were absolutely amazing at helping me out making me feel understood and taking care of a very difficult situation.
