I have lived here since Feb 2023. The maintenance is good but I haven't had my microwave fixed in 4 days. I also don't like how they charge our guests 3 dollars to park overnight. I tried requesting a permit but they say their is no room available but there's 20 spots available. I get that there's a new system to parking but then put in a system to troubleshoot these problems because it's outrageous

Upon moving into our place it was not ready and it’s been two weeks since living here and there has been nothing but problems since day one.There has been no urgency from the staff/maintenance to fix our requests. We still have no access to our outside storage , dryer was broken , dishwasher is broken with the attempted to fix and after one wash cycle it still displays the same problem as before after we were told it was fixed .We’ve been waiting over two weeks for other fixes , one room still doesn’t have a functional closet with shelving unit that were ripped out of drywall and still has not been fixed after we noted it broken at move in, paint is mismatched, lock issues with slider door when we live on the first floor.This was all after a delayed move in process where the place was not even cleaned when they kept saying it was delayed for cleaning.There has been problems in every room since we moved in.-From a household of 4.

The maintenance gentleman saw and recognized me as I was walking back from checking the mail and we both walked to my apartment, which was nice. He came in and moved fast to help get it taken care of first thing the day after I put in the request. Overall it was extremely helpful!

I'm incredibly impressed with the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. You can tell they work hard to make this a nice place to live. This is a great location with cool amenities. I am happy I picked this apartment.

We are very impressed with Joe. We had an issue with the dryer in our unit and he was very polite and fixed the issue fast. We are happy to have him in the Willow Run team and we are looking forward to work with him in the future.

I was super excited to move in to these apartments as it was my first time moving out and living on my own.Two months in our washer broke, it wasn’t draining any water. I called the maintenance number and put in a maintenance request for it to be fixed. Didn’t hear back for almost a month. Turned out no one ever put in the request. Called the front desk multiple times, to them always being on their lunch break at random times of the day. The washer wasn’t fixed till 6 months after my initial complaint.Then the dryer broke.Then the AC broke.At this point my roommate and I decided to break our lease early due to the horrible living conditions for what we were paying for.Parking is awful. The gym equipment barely works. The pool and hot tube were under construction the whole time we lived there. The whole management team changed which was a whole mess.Horrible communication.Horrible customer service.Don’t live in these apartments!

This apartment complex should not be charging the rates it is. The grounds are littered with trash, the units are all outdated and mostly carpeted. The one and only unit available for touring smelled like a gas station bathroom. There are plenty of other apartment complexes in the area that are way nicer and newer for the same price. I’m not paying 1800 and up for a one bedroom and am shocked anyone else would for this place. On top of this their website is pretty unusable as far as viewing floor plans and availability. You have to ask and then the staff just verbally tells you what’s available. It’s 2023 look at your competitors websites and do better.

My favorite amenity at Willow Run Village. This is a nice quiet community with a great staff. Close to everything you would need. I’ve lived here for 6 months, no complaints.

For the most part I don’t mind my residency here. I feel safe, but the noise levels can be tedious at times.The maintenance staff are prompt and courteous. The office staff is friendly, but rarely return phone calls.It’s frustrating that the trash and recycling paddocks aren’t better defined which would reduce some of the litter and waste from around grounds. I wish more residents would take pride in our area and be mindful of their neighbors.

I love living here. I feel like I'm at a fancy hotel with all my things with me. That's not an arm and a leg to pay for. It is so much fun to watch my puppy run around in the gaint dog run that's here. It's bigger than a backyard!!!The maintenance and office staff are amazing to work with!

Charlene Turner, provided me with the best Customer service experience, she was kind, empathetic, clear, and very knowledgeable. When my car was stuck in the snow this morning, 5 staff members were so incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me shovel my car out and pushed me out of my parking spot to help me get on my way. I’m so grateful!! Truly wonderful staff :)

Charlene, Jocelyn & Aaron are amazing. Maintenance does the best they can with these older apartments. The affordable price is worth it. a great location too. Quiet & safe neighborhood.

Just moved here. The apartments are old but all the staff are dependable & friendly. Charlene, Jocelyn, and Aaron have been incredibly helpful & good with communication. The apartments are old but they keep up with the maintenance. And the location of them is great. Wonderful view.
