Windsor is my all time favorite unique clothing store. Anytime I arrive at a Windsor I am there to shop and spend lots of money. I was greeted by Ruby and Serenity exceeded in excellent customer service, going above and beyond. From here on out this will be my location to shop ❤️

I went into Windsor today, and I do spend a good amount of money at this store. Usually I try to avoid going to this location because there are rude managers working. Today was something else, I noticed there was only one associate working in the entire store. Despite that, she made my shopping experience 100% Better. From what I saw, she was checking customers out at both registers at the same time. According to my receipt, her name was Serenity.
I truly appreciated the customer service she provided, especially considering she was the only employee present. I felt bad that she was left to handle everything on her own, but her friendliness and helpful attitude really stood out. Serenity was a pleasure to interact with and did an amazing job under the circumstances.

Asked one of the associates if the necklace on the mannequin was found elsewhere in the store, she rolled her eyes and said that it was the last one and asked if I wanted it, I said yes. She brought the necklace to cash register and mumbled something to her coworker when the coworker said “who?” they both looked at me and smiled. Very weird and rude experience for no given reason. Based on this experience alone I will not be shopping here again. Get a grip.

Rude distasteful snotty workers. Yesterday I had went to return an item, there was a line out the store. Waited 45 min to even step foot inside the store, not considering the line to the cashier. I got to the cashier finally to make my return and I had made a comment about the line being over stimulating in a friendly way, and she says “yeah you can tell you’re overstimulated” like girl who raised you… anyways, will not be shopping here due to the service AND the prices of these fashion nova tops? Ridiculous.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Windsor store in Flatiron Crossing. After waiting nearly two hours to try on 2 dresses, we were denied the ability to make a purchase—not because of any inappropriate behavior, but because the store was so disorganized and poorly managed.
There were at least four employees working(?), yet the dressing rooms were completely unmonitored, leading to chaos (as described in other reviews). When we finally used a nearby room (with no staff present), the manager became upset and refused to let us complete our purchase. Her focus seemed to be on control, not on solving the obvious issues happening in her store.
Even more shocking, we watched at least five customers in line behind us leave without buying anything due to the disorganization/wait time. Losing that many sales in one afternoon should be a serious red flag for any business.
In contrast, we drove to the Colorado Mills location afterward, which only had two employees, yet it was run efficiently and professionally. We found a dress and checked out within 10 minutes. It’s clear that leadership and training make all the difference.
Windsor really needs to take a hard look at what’s going wrong in the Broomfield/Flatirons location and provide serious support to that team (all issues outlined in other reviews). I’d suggest learning from the success of the Colorado Mills store and making customer service a priority again. I won't be returning to the Flatirons location unless I hear things have changed.

The girls working at this store are rude. One of the female employees gave attitude to me after I said I wanted a paper receipt. I returned the item based off my experience with the employee, even after they checked the matching card with the purchase for the return they still gave me cash.

Went into the store today to buy a homecoming dress for our daughter and one of the girls working was so rude, we asked her to open a dressing room and she says “the doors are open” giving us dirty looks, but they weren’t so she had to open up the door well unfortunately after shopping other stores we did end up going back in and buy the dress and the same employee checked us and didn’t say a word just giving dirty looks, pretty sad really the store was busy and she was not friendly at all.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took my daughter shopping for a homecoming dress today. Took forever to get help and the staff were I credibly rude. After going to the dressing room, staff banged on the door telling my daughter she had 5 minutes left, she had only tried on one dress at the time. So we left and went to David’s Bridal where she found a beautiful dress and the staff were amazing. This is the last time we will be shopping at Windsor.

As I read the recent review below mine, . I think the complete opposite. I visited the Windsor store couple days ago and I asked Alexis for help, and she was incredibly nice and attentive. She went above and beyond to help my cousin and I too find the perfect outfits for our event, offering great suggestions and making the process enjoyable and stress-free. Her excellent customer service made such a difference that we’ll definitely be back again because of the wonderful experience we had.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. My sister and I had been browsing for over 20 minutes, and she had about 7 items in her hands. Around 7:15 PM (the store closes at 8), she asked to use a dressing room but was denied—rudely—because they were supposedly “short-staffed.”
At the time, there were only 9 customers in the store and 2 employees: one at the register and another on the floor. One girl had been allowed into a fitting room literally one minute before my sister asked, yet my sister was told she was too late and wouldn’t be let in. Even though from our opinion, this would have been a small and quick task to just unlock the door for her.
Alexis, one of the employees, was especially unprofessional and dismissive in how she handled the situation. As a result, we ended up leaving behind at least $200 worth of merchandise.
There was no signage or announcement made about fitting rooms being closed early, and it seemed the staff was more interested in wrapping up their night than helping customers. We understand that staffing challenges happen, but the attitude and lack of communication were unacceptable.
We hope management sees this and takes steps to improve the customer service training at this location.
