The staff was incredibly disrespectful and rude. My friends and I went homecoming dress shopping and they made us feel so belittled. They yelled at us when we asked if we could go in a bigger fitting room to share so we could see each others dresses and were rude at checkout when we said we didn’t have a pin. They made us feel very unwelcomed and it was not a great experience. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be shopping at windsor in the future. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

My daughter loves this store, but every time she comes here the employees are rude and refuse to sell her dresses off the mannequins. Even if it’s the last model in the store. The last purchase she made here they ripped the tag off the dress and told her if she purchased the dress it was non refundable. The Manager Jewels Martinez is no help. She refused to give me her Regional Managers name and number. I will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable.

Came here after reading reviews and didn’t get the same experience. Juan was very helpful, got multiple different shoe sizes from the back for me and checked on me in the fitting room. There was also a blonde girl whose name I didn’t catch. She was very sweet and helped me figure out a different shoe style to wear with my dress. I can’t speak for the other employees but those two were great!

Literally I love this store. I always find something no matter the occasion. Only giving it 1 star because the staff is so rude and they act like you’re an inconvenience.

Just got to read some of the reviews and I thought I may be odd man out.But not.Custmer service is pathetic and return policy,customized by store manager herself. She has all reasons for not returning item bought few days aga.Adamant and with attitude. Will never go this store again !!!!

Super rude employees. I spend hundreds of dollars here frequently. Will probably stop so I don’t have to deal with their bad attitudes. They act snotty and like asking them for anything is like pulling teeth. Also never check to see if you need a different size so you have to get fully dressed to go find another size.
