The only night time worker who isnt blatantly rude and knows how to run the store at night and do things like card loads or make food is sam. Sam is cool. Other than that this store has gone down hill

Came in to get my morning coffee on the way to work. Mexican girl behind the counter had me put in my number for my points. I had over 2,000 points. She kept on telling me it wasn't going through so I ended up paying for my coffee with cash. And I looked down at my phone and I only have 200 something points now. So I would like somebody to write this wrong I will stop by after work to talk to another employee and or to talk to a manager it's a little ridiculous that this employee does not know how to use the point system and takes people's points. I am a valued customer I come in as often as I can when I get paid and pay for coffee and snacks routinely this is ridiculous.

Very disappointed it’s free slurpee day and we go in and they have a sign saying no more slurpees they’re out of small cups. Then what’s the point of being 7-11 free slurpee day. I ended up having to buy my kids and a lot of people leaving for this same reason or buying their kids slurpees

Very disappointed with this store, the manager lady and her daughter are very unprofessional and lazy"" especially the daughter"!! You can obviously see that the trucks came and yet the shelves and cooler are pretty much empty!! It's very frustrating, they had two maybe 3 employees that did there job made the place was clean and stocked! I hope it get's better!

Service is very poor facility is not clean morning cashier is always outside smoking by the entrance door food is never prepared. People stop in before heading to work and place is poor. And when I mentioned it to the cashier he didn’t care .
