I was beyond impressed with the staff from this store. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure my water heater install went to plan. George in particular was fantastic, he delivered our water heater within an hour of purchase. He also went so far as to bring it all the way to where it needed to be installed and provided valuable insight on how to properly install it.

Managers great and all the employees I've met. Prices can be a little ouchie and things have definitely changed for the worse after the store changed hands then went totally Corporate. Seems like the higher ups should take into consideration that people have gone there for DECADES. Every single person who has an opinion about this store all say how good it USED to be. Seems pretty dumb to not take into consideration also that this a small, farming community. Get to know your audience!

I went to go buy a part for a project i was working on that was supposed to be on sale. They weren't willing to follow the national prices or make the coupon work. They must have coupons turned off here.
Very rude customer service.
I won't be shopping here again, even if every other hardware store in the world is closed.
I'll also be telling all my friends to not shop here.

Went to take back a single product and was told they wouldn’t take it without the receipt. I had shown the male employee at the front (the same one that i purchased the product from 2 days prior) that the receipt was going to be a digital receipt and he said he couldn’t do it because of a cooperate policy. It takes these cashiers literally 20 seconds to look up a receipt, the cashier was either being plain rude or lazy! Called there cooperate office and was told that they don’t have that policy. I’ll never be doing business again at this Ace nor will any of my family members. Furthermore the owner should be ashamed to have such lazy employees that could have taken a whole 20 seconds to do their JOB!!!
