It is a great place for a birthday party and weekend open skate, with friendly staff and owners who are great people and very good with kids. The rink has many upsides, including many different sizes of skates for customization. For beginners, there are helpful customizations like having skates tightened for more traction and using a rolling stand for stability. The venue also features an arcade with games like Pac-Man and Galaga, a pool table, and a concession stand selling pizza and other food. Some downsides are noted. The rule not allowing any outside food or drinks, including water, is considered by some to go too far. Additionally, there are no locks on the bathroom doors, which is a disappointment. On very busy nights, like a Friday, it can feel way over max capacity for safety. Skate availability and condition can be an issue, with instances of skates in serious need of repair, having no ankle support, messed up wheels, or insufficient laces. While some suggest having trainers for newer skaters, the overall experience remains positive.
