If I could give it a zero I would ive been waiting two weeks for my issue to be fixed they keep messing around one tells me I have a appointment for a technician to come out and help the other says I don't they think I'm going to pay for this they're out of their minds I am not paying for internet I never even got to use DO BETTER CENTURYLINK AND NOW I CANT EVEN CANCLE MY SERVICE CAUSE NOBODY WILL ANSWER OR I GET HUNG UP ON I AM VERY UPSET .

I had give CenturyLink 1 star because there isn't a lower rating. Was jerked around for a week due to their in competence. Never achieved internet service or any resemblance of customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

Will was great. Even called to offer early install. This is what you call starting off right. You should see the smoking fast speed.
