This is the second time in a row i had been charged after dropping equipment and prior to dropping equipment i have called the 24/7 customer service line and did the 24/7 customer chat line and had no answer to make arrangements for drop off. I was charged to my bank account after contacting the business and them replying they would look into this matter. I had also spoke with four individuals before renting out the equipment about the exact needs of what I needed it for after being told there wasnt any available after two days of searching. I was charged more after then when I picked it. I’m a frustrated customer and not being able to get ahold of anyone when needed is ridiculous. I give this company a thumbs down and will not be referring it to anyone else.
