Everything is great here except be prepared for the checker that will relentlessly hound you, guilt you, shame you, and justify his disappointment that you don't have a smart rewards number. It's so bad I try to avoid shopping here. I have forgotten and walked in, seen this dude, and went across the street for my Red Bull.

Had to wait for a pump only to find that the pump for non premium fuel was out of order so I had to wait again to get another pump while people stare at their phones long after their cars are filled

Surprised to see anyone have bad customer service here. I have been going to BV for years, always stop here to use my Kroger points on gas, and have had the opposite experience. Always a friendly convo, help when needed, and they spoil my pup with treats and its clean.
