I don’t know whether Verizon hires liars, or trains their employees to lie. We live 60 miles from this store. We bought a new phone. They didn’t have the case we wanted, but said they could order it. Since we live so far away, they promised to mail it to us. We didn’t receive it, so began a very stressful process of trying to track it down. Over the course of 30 days, they told us multiple times that it had been shipped (a blatant lie), that it would soon be sent (another blatant lie), and other general deceptive methods to avoid giving us the service and product we had paid for. There were no apologies. The excuses changed every time we talked to someone. This store, and Verizon as a company, are incompetent, dishonest, and apparently have no desire for repeat business.

Sold me liquid screen protector, I really should of paid more attention, it was a con job, one third the price on Amazon and they really don't work according to reviews.

Sold me a plan, in cash, knowing full well my phone was locked to a different carrier. Needless to say, I never had service and it was impossible to get a refund. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge, but never again.

Went there twice today 1.28.2023 once at 11am and then again at 1205 pm both times being locked no one around .Hours on door said they were open at 10am very disappointed. Will not go back. Only Verizon store in town and you don't want to be open during hours on door. I will tell everyone I know about this so they can avoid this place.

Kristi was very sweet and helped me get my phone upgraded. I got a great deal to trade in my old phone. She helped me pick out all of my accessories and answered all of my questions. She helped entertain my 1 year old with misc. items around the store that kept him busy while we were waiting for everything to transfer over to my new phone. She even used the pieces of plastic from my new screen protector to cover outlets to keep his little fingers out. She is an amazing employee and I hope this company values her as such.

Kevin is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Far more helpful than any other Verizon representative I’ve spoken with. He offered us promotions that weren’t even offered online! He went above and beyond what we expected. Wonderful customer service!!
