“Kristi was very sweet and helped me get my phone upgraded. I got a great deal to trade in my old phone. She helped me pick out all of my accessories and answered all of my questions. She helped entertain my 1 year old with misc. items around the store that kept him busy while we were waiting for everything to transfer over to my new phone. She even used the pieces of plastic from my new screen protector to cover outlets to keep his little fingers out. She is an amazing employee and I hope this company values her as such.”
