We were expecting a package for our pooch ?, but it said that we decline and didn't want our order?! We didn't even recieve it and they deliver to our house before hand a couple of other times! This is ridiculous

Friendly people every time I’ve been there. They are great with making sure the packages get to me on time. Never had anything late or messed up. Keep up the good work.

Julie is a nit wit and quoted me incorrect rates to ship a package. When asking as to the difference in price compared she fumbled around with her words and ended up giving me a "I don't care stop bothering me" as an answer. Well Julie you got your wish I will stop bothering you and you won't be seeing me again.

I have an Amazon return, went to send it off but couldn't because our little ups facility lacks the ability to scan the type of barcode I was sent. Not the fault of this facility, but I was disappointed. ?

Often the driver claims packages are delivered, when they are not. Today the driver claimed a package was delivered, and that I signed for it! When I file claims for missing package, NOTHING is done! Do not think I have porch pirates because I live in a rural area. I can see any vehicle from a long ways off.The drivers are just not getting my packages to me.UPDATE:The delivery driver found my most recent missing package, and brought it to me Nov 30. He was very polite, and apologized. Within a couple of hours the UPS Center supervisor called me following up on my prior call to her from the previous week. I was to call her back when the people at the closest house came home and looked for my package there. I didn't call her back, since I never heard back from the neighbors. None the less, the supervisor cared enough to call me for follow-up when she didn't hear from me.The driver's professionalism and supervisor's attention to my problem have made me hopeful for a new era in package delivery to me!Thank you, Burlington UPS Center, for finding my package and for delivering it to my home!
