I gave a $150 deposit with the understanding they would ship my truck for $750 if I gave them a time limit of 14 days not really understanding how the business works.so No I was locked in to them not only 14 days but 5 days past the 14 days .they under quoted the job no one took it then they tell me I can raise the amount.I had other quotes from other brokers I ask for my deposit back and was told Deposits are nonrefundable. I had a great experience shipping my car across the country from California to Florida. Justin was amazing. I had a lot of options and he was extremely professional, friendly and trustworthy. Everything he said would happen...did happen. The Truck Driver contacted me multiple times with updates and the car was even delivered 1 day early. Great company!
