“I went into the post office last week with two packages that I needed to ship to Australia. The clerk on duty was unbelievably cheerful and helpful. She took time to explain to me some of the nuances regarding the customs declaration page. She also hinted that I could save money by combining the two packages since they were going to the same address. She was fantastically efficient, and even though there were two other people waiting ship their own packages at the same time, we were all in and out of there in just a few minutes. Not only was she helpful and cheerful, she even laughed out loud at some of my worst dad jokes ever . Customer service like that is commendable and should be rewarded with 10 stars at least. She made my day.”
