“Longtime customer; I trust the guys at Jim's tire to get me taken care of.I've been bringing vehicles into Jim's Tire since my dad first brought me in at the age of 6. When I got my own vehicle at the age of 15 and needed tires, I initially went to another major chain shop.They wanted a fortune, and told me there were numerous issues with my vehicle.I got a ridiculous story, and they wanted to charge outrageously...Always one to get a second opinion, I drove to Jim's Tire and got a second opinion.The guys set me up with a full check, got 4 brand new Cooper Radials installed on my Bronco II, and had me out the door an hour later with a reasonable bill.There were no critical issues with my vehicle, and I was given detailed paperwork stating as such with the Jim's Tire guarantee on it.While I won't say that Jim's Tire is always the cheapest, I keep coming back because the team has always treated me fairly and honestly.Personally I can't put a price on that, and will remain a loyal customer to this fantastic local shop, so long as they maintain their high standards.I trust that if my wife needs to get tires done on her car, the guys at Jim's Tire will be professional, polite, and always honest in getting her taken care of.The tires on her car were recommended by George, and have been going strong for over 50k miles. That's a quality sale in my book, and my wife can get around with confidence knowing her car is safe and ready to go.George is a stand-out guy to me.He's one of the newer guys to the crew here, and has only been around for 6yrs or so.I admire his fast paced, high quality work ethic. “Great place for pretty much all types of auto repair. Prices are definitely reasonable and they're great about calling before proceeding if they run into something that is going to add cost.Couple downsides though:1) 3% is added to credit/debit cards.2) They had it overnight and I left my jacket in the back seat. Went down with a spare key at around 8pm, and found my car was unlocked. Bummer, but glad I stopped by.Otherwise an amazing place!”

“We rolled into town late on a Thursday, just happened to catch Eric about to call it a day. Rather than turning us away he checked the codes being thrown on our truck and a few other things. He was pretty sure the transmission was done and kindly let us store our truck and trailer until the transmission could be properly diagnosed the next day. In the end the Transmission was done and he got the transmission ordered, delivered, installed and working before our scheduled vacation ended (with a day to spare). All the while patiently dealing with nervous travelers checking in frequently to see how everything was going. I can't say enough how much I recommend Aztech Transmission. Great people, great service.”

Left the car with them at 3:00pm. 8:00am the next morning we got a call that it was ready. “Just had a medicine chest from Home Depot shipped to my house and it had broken mirrors in the box. After 40 minutes on the phone with Home Depot trying to get replacement mirrors. That was a joke on what they had for a solution. So, I drove down to McCasland Glass. Chuck was so nice and actually cut my mirrors for me right then and there on a Friday afternoon when I’m sure he wanted to go home. I have been a realtor for 44 years and I own Home Town Real Estate and I use McCasland Glass for all my window door and glass needs. I would always give them a five star review. Thank you Chuck!”

“These folks repaired an axle on my travel trailer for me that every other RV/Trailer company said could not be repaired. That was 2 years ago. Since then, I have pulled that trailer across 9 different states and put close to 5000 miles on it.If they hadn’t taken care of me, I would have been stranded in Colorado Springs for 6-8 weeks waiting on a new axle that was on back order.I can’t say anything about their Rv or trailer Sales, but for their service side, they went far above and beyond, and did not overcharge me. I was expecting to pay twice what they charged me.The owner was the one I spoke with and the one that made sure I got taken care of. Before we even knew exactly what it was going to take to fix it, he promised me that we would figure something out to get me back on the road. They did just that.”
