“This company deserves more than a 5-star review. My tire was slashed on a Friday night, after hours. The jack that came with my vehicle wasn't sufficient so I had to call someone.Most of the places I called were closed for the night or didn't cover that service. Not only does Penrose have late night operation hours, the man that helped me was an awesome communicator letting me know how far out he was and giving updates along the way. He was extremely polite and was the absolute hero. Thanks so much!”
