Nice bank and the ladies that work their do a great job

They will change the wording of your agreement then not tell you about it, allow financial hardships to happen. Do nothing... then turn you into collections for something you didn't do to begin with. They allowed a car insurance company to take out a payment when no money existed in the account, 5 years PRIOR to this, they BLOCKED the same event from a different car insurance company that averted this same disaster then. What changed? Their paper work... silently... and when we talked with the manager about this, all she could do was bark about how she knew full well they had changed the policy on me. So what does she do? Turn me into collections. Stay away from this bank.

This is such a wonderful Bank! Everyone is always so nice, friendly and very helpful. They remember who everyone is, or at least they make you feel like that! Great service and wonderful people!

Extremely rude and complete lack of knowledge of their own policies. I was lied to directly to my face twice and treated like I was the one wrong. Both times I was correct yet the story of why the hold was in place kept changing to cover their own ignorance of policy. I was asked numerous times to leave simply because I was correct and they even admitted that it showed all funds available yet they still wouldn't allow me access to my money. This was by a low level wanna be manager. I was refused my request to speak with the VP apparently they weren't there. I was asked to leave again. No I wasn't very pleasant but I wasn't threatening and ? in the right by their own definition of available funds yet denied because of errors on them. I will be speaking with the VP and hopefully I get an apology. If you are thinking of an account there don't do it. This is all to familiar with others I have spoke to with accounts there.

Had a great experience at the bank. The teller I worked with was super knowledgeable, patient and just wonderful to work with. She took the time to make sure we understood everything she was explaining to us, answered all of our questions. The bank was easy to find. It is right off highway 50. You cant miss it!

This bank branch has always treated me with dignity and respect as a valued client. I have my personal account as well as for work. They handle both professionally and proficiently. I am greeted with smiles and polite small talk. I don't use any other bank in town even tho there are 3 other of the same bank. Highly recommend and personally suggest Lynn, or Rayna.

Over drafted my account then...knowing it was empty till I got my SSDI check...they charged me 5.00 A DAY knowing it was empty..now they want 225.00....you got to be kidding..SSDI is all I have they want.I'll NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE....THAT'S JUST SO WRONG TO DO SENIORS!!!!

Here's a bank that won't have your back. A company decided to bill me without my authorization and took my account into the negative in the process. The kind of thing I thought banks and Visa cards protect me from. Boy was I wrong. Turns out customer service over at BOTSJ felt it was somehow my fault. Only after an hour of emotional turmoil on the phone with apparently everyone in the customer support department did get what I should have been given without hesitation. I literally had to fight with my own bank to not allow a 3rd party with my debit card number to rob me. Ridiculous.
