I came in for 3 recalls... Was expecting to get only 2 done, but got 3 taken care of, One I did not know about. Still waiting on parts on that one. Brandon and William did a great job, as did the tech. I hope they clean up the Car lot.

I recently had my car serviced at Auto Nation. The whole process from scheduling online, to picking up my vehicle upon completion, was quick and easy. The staff was kind and courteous. It was a great experience overall.

I ordered a new key ( fob ) for my New truck and here I wait for it still! Maybe one day they will get it together?( up date 10/10/23 ) I was asked to call the GM for Canon City .I did and I was told by a parts guy that he was in class all day! I'm giving them a big thumbs down! I hope you have better luck if you plan to go here..

This is where my husband, Paul, bought our Ford Bronco. We are completely satisfied with the purchase, customer service and care as well. The vehicle was serviced, the 1 recall, and 1 question we had, they took care of immediately. We haven't had any other issues or problems at all. Very satisfied. Thank you Brandon from the Service department. Our 2011 Chrysler Town and Country needed some serious service. Brandon kept us informed every step along the way and got our O.K. before perusing the much needed repairs, i.e. wheels were out of balance, fluids needed flushing, etc. During the entire process Brandon was professional, helpful and very importantly friendly. We are so thankful that we took our vehicle to Canon City AutoNation.

We purchased a new Gladiator Rubicon. Milinda the sales person was awesome. Service department had to change out the back window due to a leak. They broke the back glass and scratched the paint all they way around the window and the bed of the Gladiator. They did not even clean up all the glass or dust all over the new interior. The dealership would not repair the vehicle after damaging it. Mark Ehrreich (Dealership Manager) outright lied to me over and over for months about how he would fix our brand new vehicle. We have purchased several vehicles over the past 40 years from this dealership. I would not recommend this business. They are not trust worthy.

AutoNation was able to get my Ram ProMaster in for an oil change quickly when other dealerships had a month long wait. When I arrived, the service manager was super friendly and helpful. He was also able to get the recall repair done the same day, which I had previously been told would be at least a month wait. AutoNation was fast and convenient. Will definitely be back!

I hate going to dealerships for oil changes. They have always been extremely slow. This dealership opened my eyes that there might be hope. I showed up 15 minutes early, they took the truck back in and had it done in less than an hour, communication was excellent through text. Would go back to these guys again.

My Father purchased a brand new Ram, and the online description stated the truck came with a tow hitch (Mounts to the frame). Upon noticing the truck did not come with the tow hitch my Dad advised the dealership, which he spoke with a Manager. The manager advised that the tow hitch was not labeled on the actual window sticker/description so they would not be liable to install one. The Manage stated they have a 3rd party company who creates and updates the website for their vehicles that are being sold. Overall, it’s not that costly to purchase the tow hitch and install it, but it’s all principle here. The Manager was very short, and did not take any responsibility for the error, but rather blamed it on their “3rd Party.” Giving a 1 star for the lack of simple customer service. Sometimes you have to compromise, and take responsibility if need be.

My experience was very relaxed working with Preston, my salesman, and Logan, in financing. Nobody at the store was pushy at all, and the whole experience was stress free.We will definitely be back!

I have always received great service. Staff very friendly and personable. I appreciate the shuttle ride to work. Brandon is awesome ? We have purchased and serviced our vehicles there for many years and have never run into any problems or issues.

Had a service request to add airbags to my 2018 RAM powerwagon. I added some wrinkles to the request with a change to the lower mounts. They were able to do everything I asked of them. They communicated the issues and worked through the modifications. This is the best service/off-road dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They will always have my business. Thank You AutoNation.

Everything from making an appointment to picking up the truck when they were done went smoothly. Service advisor Brandon was friendly and kept me informed of progress. The truck was out of the bumper to bumper warranty but still had some drivetrain warranty remaining and I was concerned they might say the expensive repairs were not under warranty, but they assured me they were and there was no charge to me. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer.

Melinda made my 1st car purchase in a long time exceptionally great!! She wasn't pushy. Melinda let me tell her what i was looking for and got me exactly what I wanted. Melinda's honest and informative help made this purchase a easy one. Jacob was also great .Jacob found me the perfect package deal to fit my needs and budget. I give this experience a 20 out of 20.
