I used to shop here all the time but ever since they permanently closed the dressing rooms this place is a no go for me. I also need to mention that the prices here are more in tune with bargain new than donated used. If goodwill truly wants to help poor people they could start by selling used, donated clothes at used, donated prices. I'm starting to wonder if this organization is actually just another money grab for the already wealthy.

You closed the fitting rooms because of "staff shortage" why is that a concern ? At New Horizons you don't have to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive with a key, you just walk in. You also don't feel so crowded and clastrophobic and axiouse. The Goodwill store is small and the Layout is insane. It's all about management and trusting customers. I'm not going to buy something I can't try on then you really think the townsfolk are gonna take stuff home and try it on and bring it back? Definitely lost my business.

Nice little store. We always pop in when in town for a quick peek. Picked up some nice t shirts for $5 a piece and sound bar for the TV for $10. Great thrift day!

We are full time RVers and have visited goodwill in over 20 states. This isbonebof the nicer ones. Items are labeled, employees are courteous, and the store is well maintained. Big thumbs up. Other store managers should co.e see this one.

I’m in here a lot. A few times a week. They have a great selection for a smallish store. The community is older so you can often find cool vintage items, if you’re into that sort of thing. I am, and have a pretty cool eclectic home thanks to thrifting.
As far as this stores organization and cleanliness, It’s been inconsistent. Stuff can be messy and overflowing off the shelves one day to very bare the next. Frequent rearranging. Prices can vary. It seems lately that they have come down on most things but during and after the pandemic Goodwill 4.8 Billion dollar Co. price gouged poor people on things they received for free. I do not think this was the employees doing, although they catch the heat!
Not sure if electronics, lamps and appliances are tested here.? I have bought 2 things in the last year that did not work. One was a HUGE floor lamp, difficult to get home and then back for return because it didn’t work and then you cant get your money back. Instead, It’s given in “store credit.” I don’t think this is right if You sell the customer a broken product. I did ask if it had been tested prior to purchase; I was told yes. The other was a vintage crockpot.
Generally, the employees are super nice and polite. The regular cashiers are always very professional. I love the older gentleman with the grey beard- very courteous.
All in all this is a great store with great finds they just need to work on consistency. But regardless you are sure to find a treasure!

I was not impressed. They don't have any fitting rooms so you can't try any clothing on unless you buy it and bring it home and then return it. So when I found that out I just put my clothes back on the rack and walked out

I was hoping to find a couple of things that I needed for work. Unfortunately the employees weren't willing to help me find what I needed. They were to busy playing on their phones or were just to d*** to care about customer service. It's interesting that 98% of what you sell you get by donation, so there is no out of pocket cost for product. Why then is it you keep raising prices for the customer when you haven't paid anything for the merchandise that your selling? It cannot be for customer service.

Never, ever buy anything that requires electricity, they sell coffee makers that DO NOT work the moment you plug it in. Don't try and get a refund, they only give Store Credit. Pretty good scam they got going.

Love this store, but one particular loud mouth cashier needs to slow her roll. Hailey is absolutely rude and obnoxious. Everytime we come in she's loudly cussing about something, in front of my kids and others' as well. Put a filter on it chick, you're at work...

I understand times are hard for the employees at goodwill but goodwill management need to realize it’s just as hard on the customers nowadays, we are coming in on an fixed income and we can’t afford to spend a whole paycheck on clothes that don’t fit our kids then bring the one’s back that don’t fit for store credit. It’s a scam I understand you made a ton of money during Covid. But that is over!! Give us back the fitting rooms. You already have your employees open the doors just have them inspect the fitting room!!
