I have a business account with ENT, they are charging $30.00 for declining transaction and its label as monthly fees for Free checking. I find this as deception, due to there was no explanation from the bank when opening the account. I have been baking for 40 years and never been charged for a declined, the bank that I have dealt with in past have charge my account when they pay the amount owed and then charge a fee, never have they taking money for a decline payment. I will be closing my account and going with my personal bank. also when we have had a NSF one time, the bank punishers you by not allowing you to use mobile deposit, which I find ridiculous, that has never happen before when banking at other credit unions. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Machines hardly everrrrrrr work if you need to get money right away or pay a bill it's very frustrating to show up and not have another way of doing it, I've had multiple accusations being late on stuff because of this Ent and plenty of the others, will be changing banks very soon along with many of my friends and family

The " Automated tellers" are extremely frustrating and very impersonal I hate trying to come here to do my banking the process is very long and inconvenient and you cannot get large bills from the machine

Have used them for years and loved them. However the home loan process has been an absolute nightmare. From Mike in the loan office. To their appraiser. This has taken 60 days and still not closed. Would never recommend them to anyone.
