They closed early on a Friday, when their sign said their hours were 9-5 Mon-Fri. I called and the voicemail said if you were calling during hours they were busy and with other clients? ok whatever, but on a positive note we do like the insurance service and they did have a clock turned to 9:00 to show when they would return they would return. ?♀️

Jerry has been my insurance provider for decades. He's professional and personable and he always makes time to call me after hours as my schedule permits. We've relied on him and his expertise during a troubling episode and I'm so glad he was in our corner. I'm definitely a State Farm / Jerry Redinger fan..

Coral is so helpful, she answered all my questions and I really feel like I know what I’m paying for. When my car was side swiped she explained everything I needed to to go about my claim. I would recommend this insurance company due to her knowledge and helpfulness.

When I called for a quote Coral hot one over to me within no time also came in $300 lower p than my previous ins. She professional very informative such a sweet gal.. helped me when I needed ins right away. So very grateful for her.

The worst customer service ever!n only is Jerry rude and unprofessional his secretary is ten times worse. I see that this hasn't been corrected in many years. You do not scream and yell at somebody that has walked in because you have not done your job in the three-month time span and feel that they are being rude to you! not only that, Jerry doesn't take time to listen to his clients as to why his secretary screams and yells at people when she's not doing her job! Canon City this is not the only agent in town!

Worst customer service ever. Very very rude to talk to. Doesn’t ever answer his phone and if you leave a voicemail he takes forever to answer back. Doesn’t even say bye on the phone after he is done talking he just hangs up on you!
