Horrible ppl. Would not get a star at all if I had a choice. My mom is without oxygen because my grandfather is using hers. Was hung up on twice by on call!

Trying to order replacement items. Had to ask at least three times. They couldn't even find my record sometimes. There's apparently no intracompany communications, and no one at the customer care call center ever return any calls that I made to them even after I talked with them!!

my wife’s son and I all use Lincare and I would not recommend anybody else. They’re always on time courteous, and they even call me to make sure I don’t need or do need supplies. I recommend Lincare to anybody who is dealing with oxygen related or lung related issues.

Lincare is nothing but a bunch of crooks! I went to the emergency room for lower back pain, but also had a bad cold. Long story short, my back was never addressed and I was sent home on oxygen. Lincare came out and brought a machine and a bunch of oxygen tanks. I used the machine for all of 15 minutes and it wasn't helping because I had a plugged nose. I called them and told them to come and pick up their equipment. They said that I had to get a doctor's note saying I don't need it. I got the note and they put off getting their equipment until it was at my house for days over the one month point. They charged my insurance and me for 2 months! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Lincare located in Canon City, CO. has been marvelous with their handling of my wife's medical issues. The office staff are like angels from Heaven with their friendly, helpful, and professional assistance. Whenever we have an issue the staff are always willing to show us how to resolve the issue. When I go to re-new supplies the staff are always so very pleasant. Thank you Lincare I really appreciate you.Paul Carreras

Lincare located in Canon City, CO. has been very helpful in explaining the different care products that my wife needs for her breathing issues. To begin with, Lincare has many rules. Lincare charges 300% more than what Medicare allows. So if Medicare states a patient pays a certain amount, Lincare always goes above that amount, even though they have accepted Medicare assignment. If your provider accepts assignment, they are required to accept that final portion that Medicare assigns to the patient. Many people are over charged, and their oxygen is taken away. Many people die without their oxygen. You can hire an attorney for a medical lawsuit against Lincare. Attorneys who accept you as a client often wait until the money comes in. You don't pay until your attorney gets paid and a settlement has been made for your case.

I recently was referred to Lincare by my primary care phyiscian to get set up with a cpap machine for my sleep apnea condition. My initial contact at their location was very pleasant. The staff was very professional in explaining the details on how I would use my cpap equipment. After my first use of the equipment I had some questions about my proper use of the cpap machine. I contacted the Lincare Manager, Brock, to request some additional assistance. Brock scheduled a meeting at my home to review the use of the cpap equipment and answer all of my questions. Since this meeting, Brock has followed up with me to confirm that all was going well with my use of the cpap equipment and answer any additional questions that I had. I couldn't be happier with the quality service that I've received from the staff at Canon City Lincare!

I have dealt with Lincare of Canon City for many years. My mother was a client many years ago. And they have helped me with some issues as well, even when they didn't need to. I appreciate them very much. The Manager and the staff are very friendly and attentive. They make you feel like they are truly happy to see you. I give Lincare of Canon City 5 stars!

After reading the negative reviews I feel compelled to share my experience with the Canon City office. I've been a client for OVER 10 YEARS. Not once have I been treated as anything less than family. Brock and his staff are the best. Brock has gone to bat for me EVERY time I need him. The delivery drivers are always on top of things calling each delivery day to see what I need before showing up at my door. I recommend the Canon City Lincare highly.

Horrible customer service have been fighting for over a month!! Only thing they are worried about is who is gonna pay Dr ordered cpap machine. Never would have thought someone’s life wouldn’t be as important to them as it should be oxygen to live is there business!!!! Broc could care less about his customers!!!!!

That is the worst service my sister has ever receive!! Always had an excuse for late deliveries and if you called the office the girls are short and nasty!! Her Cpap machine was not working correctly tried to get another one and Lincare was only worried about money?? She ended up in the hospital and Lincare received a letter from her doctor for a new machine and still never received one?? She has now passed away and never received a machine?? Lincare wanted a credit card from her who lived on disability and no income?? Broc the manager should be ashamed!! It is his job make sure people can breath!!

The girls in the office will answer your questions no problem. They are respectful and they do care.Brock has a lot on his plate but that doesn't mean he doesn't care. There knowledgeable and they do care about helping people that's what they do. I love them all .
