It's a bank. That said it makes you feel like Cheers when you go in, because everybody knows your name. If they don't they will if you tend to go inside. That is why I give it five stars. The people that work there.

Been with PBT 30 plus years and they've been great. But, the check call line is the POOREST, absolutely horrible.PBT needs to address this poor service to its customers. Around 10 years ago PBT took the check number off. Only gave date passed and amount. They nearly lost hundreds of accounts.

There on line bank had something go wrong weeks ago . Still can't log in . Then lost my arm card they cancelled it and was to send me a new one on the 21st on the 7th I called and they forgot to send the new one.

Im a new customer of bout 6wks. my acct has been locked for 4wks. Apparently nobody can unlock it. Their automated phone system has been broken the entire time. They dont tell you this. So i cannot call system and balance. Call canon city branch and nasty man answers then hangs up on you!!!! Very bad bank.
