The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable and will definitely get you shooting the bow that is best for you. They're great with repairs on your current Bow and helpful if you are deciding to upgrade. Would highly recommend coming to this establishment as I always feel welcomed and I don't feel pressured into buying something like a lot of major chains make you feel. My daughter is also learning to shoot archery and we were able to go in here and they were able to teach her how to use the bow so that she wouldn't hurt herself and get her set up with a bow that will last her for years to come. Couldn't ask for a better experience.Thanks for everything royal gorge archery!

Bought a bow here, tried to have some maintenance done and was totally cold shouldered. I ordered a string, was told a week or two so I call back after 3 weeks to be treated as though I was in the wrong for calling about it. Since then (going on month 4) I guess I’ve been written off no calls, no emails I’ve tried to reach out several times with no response. I just wanted my bow fixed but that seems to be an inconvenience. They will set you up for failure and leave you out to dry you’re better off going anywhere else to begin with. I saw all the good reviews and thought I made a good choice even after I initially bought it I was happy then I’m not sure if I offended them when I called about my string or what but I can’t get any kind of response now let alone my bow fixed.

Had to have a string ordered for a bow I bought there. Was told 1-2 weeks for it to show so I waited 3 to call them and was treated as though I was wrong for asking about it. Since then no calls no emails or any other form of communication from them. I've attempted to reach out more than once by email as calling was such an annoyance for them. Nothing. Been 3 months since I ordered that string. Next closest shop is 2 hrs away from me. Wouldn't have committed to the compound if I'd have thought I was going to be near an unreliable shop makes my 2023 bow a nice piece of wall art. Guess I need a bow press. Don't go there unless absolutely necessary.

Helpful from day one. Very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge while looking out for the individual's need. If they don't have it they'll order it without issue or delay. Good people who do good business.

Came to shoot some arrows with my boyfriend and had such a great time! The guys were so friendly and helpful (didn’t catch their names) highly highly recommend coming here if you just want to shoot some arrows or just buy hunting supplies!

Very nice folks here. I needed a module set for my bow. The price was very reasonable, and they even installed them at no extra charge. I wanted to try a new bow while I was there. They allowed me to shoot four major manufacturers high end offerings. Thanks Royal Gorge!!!

New to bows and just got my first compound bow. Went in to have it tuned. John the son was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Went in knowing nothing with an old bow and left with a decent amount of knowledge and and tuned up bow. Did it for really cheap and also helped me pick out everything I need as well as get proper form. Couldn’t be happier with the decision to stop in. Great selection and great staff. Also a range were you can get your bow sighted in. Also a meat processing place In the back. What more could you ask for!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. My wife wanted to get into bow hunting and has zero experience. John helped size her for a proper fitting bow, select arrows that can be good for training and small game hunting, and all needed equipment. The pricing was extremely reasonable and even though we didn't need to make use of the program, the layaway option is a wonderful callback to easier shopping days. For anyone looking to get into the sport in Fremont county, this place needs to be your first stop. Chances are it will also be your only stop you need to make.

The one I spoke to was John was friendly and informative. Ended up buying a Fleetwood bow after going in and trying a few of them. I'm pretty new to archery but they still let me try some bows which was cool of them. Prices are fair, they also have used bows that a bit cheaper too. They also offer full bowyer services too.
