Poor customer service inside store. Salesman was trying to sell a phone plan to an old lady. Was telling her she could get unlimited everything for $30 when their website says that plan cuts internet speed after 30 GB of usage.

Moved here 1 year ago. For the first few months connection was fine. Now it just sucks! Most of the time it is so slow it's almost impossible to use, plus connectivity is bad, cuts out, comes back on. Totally unacceptable.

Trash service with escalating pricing they bombard you with because you dont sign a contract. Cant make changes to your account or cancel service without paying the upcoming months bill. This is the worst experience I have had with an internet provider save yourself a headache and go somewhere where they care about their customers.

Fake place. No one here, just a normal house, unfriendly neighborhood too. No one at spectrum company stores work on phone repairs. You have to go into an actual phone repair shop.

Had given us live tv without our knowledge was a surprise when the bill came in.. also paid off my phone to cancel the weird contract that requires me to pay them whatever charges they add on.. full of scammers if you ask me.

You'd have less chance of your internet going down if it were powered by a hamster using adderall and speed, and running on a wheel.You'd have a more reliable experience using coat hangers twisted together to wire into a cell tower.Everyone is worse for having used your services, may whatever dark god that you crawled out of have mercy on your soul.

2 years ago, spectrum offered me an alledged "price for life", as I am a disabled senior on an extremely fixed income-- Now my bank just notified me spectrum has extracted a ten dollar overcharge from my account, causing a zero balance... Too many people have told me spectrum has pulled the same thing w/them, preventing me from rating them more than 1 star

We've had spectrum in both of our businesses, and they absolutely S U C K. Customer service people try to do their best, however their system is totaly worthless. There is ALWAYS an issue somewhere, and no one knows how to fix it. If we run our business like spectrum, we'd be out of business long time ago. DON"T GET SPECTRUM. GO ELSWHERE!!!!!!!

My husband and I just moved to Buena Vista and chose to set up our internet with Spectrum. We’ve had Spectrum in the past in Texas and loved the internet service we had. We were excited to have the 1G internet and that it would be delivered to our house within a couple of days. That, however, was a couple of days ago. For some reason it is being shipped from Wisconsin and still hasn’t been shipped yet. My husband called the customer service line and talked to multiple people (several different times) to change our order so we could pick it up. The customer service over the phone has continuously been helpful. However, Sarah at this location has been rude and not helpful at all. It’s been disappointing talking to her two days in a row trying to find out why we’re getting different information from her and customer service over the phone. We’re just trying to get out internet service connected in our new home. I really wish I had a better review for this location. All and all the customer service over the phone has been really great.

Had a appointment for set up on Saturday morning between 10 to 11am, but no one show up, it was passed over two hour late. They are not keep up their work. Was not happy about it.

The customer service was excellent, Sarah was very courteous. I felt bad for her since the Customer before me was argumentive and aggressive towards her. Sarah tried to explain to the other customer however that customer wouldn't listen to her.

went to spectrum today (28 march23) to transfer all data from old phone to new. to old to figure it out myself. alisa took care of me and answered all my questions with a smile. thank you for having the patience to help out and old man. you are truly a breath of fresh air and knowledge of your products

Alisa has helped me immensely in solving the problems that I have had with my phone and TV bill if my two sense counts for anything I would recommend that she get a substantial raise! Because, she also nearly ran your business here in Canon city for nearly two years by herself. I also want complement Haylee for her wonderful service for my friend and I would also like to recommend her for a raise as well. These two ladies are a wonderful asset to your company in the Canon city office.

Consistently have to call to remove a late fee due to their autopay always failing. Customer service is always rude. Even if you asking to pay your bill or to upgrade service. My neighborhood has a bad underground wire that is always causing outages, but they refuse to fix the bad wire.(from a tech)I always have outages and slow speeds(50mb) I have had 4 different routers and modems through them and they always go bad. I’ve been with them for a year and 8 months and consistently have problems with them. The techs are really nice and are probably the only good part about the company.
