Was with them for over 8 years, was treated rudely and their management customer service sucks. I left and went to another bank. I do not recommend this bank.

I have been a customer with them for over 7 years now, they were part of my fresh start journey and I have never had a bank I love more! The tellers and associates always know me, my kids and are always friendly, helpful and I've always had the best experience. Me and my kids all bank here and they are always so helpful and I love going in and they all know me by name and appreciate my business :) Best bank ever!!!

Hi! If you are searching for a banking financial institution look no further! The customer service is AWESOME at 831 Royal Gorge Blvd. Canon City, CO. They go above and beyond starting with the Claudine Senior Branch Manager, Stacy Assistant Manager, each and every Teller and Customer Service Representative: Dan, Caryl, Matt, Sam, Michelle, Julie, Judy, and Paula. (No order here, they are all great!) And of course, everyone behind the scenes. My workplace banks with Sunflower Bank and I have personal accounts with them also. It's the wonderful employees who make this such a great place to do your banking. Thank you guys!!

I just wanted to thank Dan at the Canon City branch, his costumer service is unheard of. He goes way out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I'm happy he is there. The rest of the employees there that I have worked with have also been outstanding. Great people. Thanks!

We have been customer of Sunflower for over 20 years. The new website and mobile banking are terrible. Mobile used to take the check picture for you , now you must take it yourself and it too 3 times of uploads to finally deposit the check. The website changes are atrocious. Instead of listing transactions sequentially, they are now separated by processed and pending. Many pending stay for days - very confusing. We had a banking fee processed on 10/16 of $6. Have always IMMEDIATELY had a credit of same amount. Now we are told the credit will be processed at the end of the statement cycle. So, they are now gaining money on customers for a few days, then replacing it-- how deplorable. Looking for a new bank.

Workers are friendly, but they are SO SLOW. I avoid going to the bank at all costs. It's always a half hour affair (at least) going through the drive thru.

I came in to set up a new checking and savings account, and was all set up and out the door in no time! Julie took time to answer all my financial questions and demonstrated the value Sunflower places on service.
